I used to coming this location to enjoy the Thursday daily special. However I found the meal are very salty last 2 times. Today， i came again to buy the meal. The cashier ask me if i need buy some drink. I have a unlucky feeling at that time. Ends up， i ate it in my car and taste very salty！！！！Thats why the cashier mention me to buy a drink. After today， i believe i wont come back in the short time. Such disappointed.
Bunch of jerks when there busy or not busy dont make fresh chicken and give old or earlier made bad chicken and lie about it being fresh rather give food poisoning then fresh food and disgusting customer service shame on you guys go to midland or Woodside or highway 7 this location is disgusting and theyll repeat it multiple time shame on you guys
I just wanted to write this review during the last three to four times I went to this location I have received exceptional service. The same person I had provided me service. I'm not suppose to eat fry chicken due to a medical condition. But my comfort food is fry chicken and mash potatoes. When I go for fry chicken it means I have gotten bad news or going through a difficult time. Sunday the 5th of June 2022 was one of those days. Amir who provided service again to me as I'm a person who pays attention to how you're treated was again amazing. I had to go back and ask his name. A simple act of kindness no matter how small brighten a moment in your life. Amir you had no idea what I was going through that day, but your kindness of how you treat your customers made me so happy in my heart. God give you a gift and you don't even know the silent smile you brought to your customers face. Keep doing what you do. Thank you for a little spark in my day.
We've been ordering from this location for a very long time. The chicken was very juicy, crispy and yummy. The coleslaw was very refreshing and the Cajun Fries were very tasty. We enjoyed each bite of everything.. The service is always great and the staff is very friendly. I'd definitely recommend this venue if you're looking for some delicious food.
This is my favourite popeyes. I've never been disappointed. The food is always hot. Usually so hot I gotta wait a bit before I start eating, just the way we like it. Their customer service is superb. They serve you as soon as you walk in the door and has never made me feel rushed when I'm undecided. Definitely recommend!
This location is in a plaza full of other food places and right on steeles which makes it easy to reach and travel to.Went there and ordered some Chicken Platter.This is a regular popeyes location so it is nothing special but whatever you accept from popeyes .It was quite peaceful to dine in there and had a good seats as well .Everything was well cooked .I liked the hot gravy and fries as well .I would recommend for good and hot food .
I ordered 8 pieces family meal with Cajun fries at 5:15 pm, which I thought it’s dinner time everything should be freshly fried. Turned out the chicken and the fries were probably leftover and so dry. It’s not worth the money.
Came in at around 1130 AM to place a big order for Tuesday Specials for a group of 12. It was right before the rush but the staff heard me say it was a big order. They all gather around and called out the order to the kitchen staff as I was ordering. Very well organized, it felt like they were firing the chicken fresh like a fine dining restaurant.The cashier was switched on and got my order correct on the first go. Staff gave me a estimated time for my order to be ready and kept me updated as I waited. One of the staff members even had the time to ask me what the order was and actually made a effort to speak with me.The food is exceptional and I honestly don't care to write a review on fast food restaurants as they are all similar. I have been to a few Popeyes around the GTA and they were all inconsistent. Maybe I am bias cause this is close to my house but their food is always on point. Fried chicken is always super crispy and juicy on the inside. Their sandwiches are always fresh and seasoned properly.I was living in the area when they first opened and service has always been great. Only took me until now to leave a good review for their consistently great service.
I ate here at 3:40ish pm on Tuesday, November the 16th. I really enjoyed my meal today. The person working on the cash register was wonderful. He was friendly, polite, and helpful. Completely different than the rude lady working on the cash register during lunch rush.
We ordered the strip chicken tenders it was salty and chicken wasnt cooked well I won’t be ordering from there again. I should have stuck with kfc chicken. Beware of Popeyes it’s awful
