Good customer services but they don’t care about food. Some of the tenders were under size and fries were not crispy due to undercooked.

I was not happy with my visit to this popeys location. Although the staff was courteous, they were careless with my order . I bought a ten piece family meal and when I got to my destination I realized that they only packaged eight pieces of chicken. I tried calling them from were I was at the moment the discovery was made and someone there was rude enough to hang up the phone instead of answering the call.
I ordered poutine with extra gravy. But I got the poutine with few drops of gravy. Maybe their gravy was finished or the person who prepared need more training. But I have no intention to go to this location.
I rate Popeyes but they have fallen off. everything seems overseasoned and overcooked now. This particular location is better than others because of the good service and fresher chicken since it's busier.
The staff here is so rude and they don’t know the prices and can’t answer any questions we ask. I bought a fish burger and asked them to add tartar sauce which is literally on any fish sandwich and they refused. The Indian girl went to the back and started talking about us too. The burger was good, but these people don’t have manners. Idk what rules they have that they can’t even add a bit of sauce to the burger. Paid $8 for that, better to go to McD’s.
Today I ordered4 piece chicken combo but unfortunately the biscuit I got it was insane you never put butter on it as well as the chicken pieces I got those are too small and didn’t get a single piece of ketchup and hot sauce. Worst experience. You should make the Uber order properly. It’s not a joke.
