It took 5 minutes to get seated... no one was in front of us. When we got seated, we were told that we had the table for 1 hour and 45 minutes. Tacky, just a Tacky thing to say... They also said that they only had one working card reader, so we'd have to pay on one bill⦠not sure why we were told this; again, terrible customer servers⦠not a great way to start. After a minute, we realized there was no AC; they had fans throughout the restaurant; also, the Patio was closed. When the server arrived, we enquired about their thick crust pizza, they noted on their website, but the server indicated that they really don't have thick crust pizza. At this point, we left and went elsewhere. This used to be a higher-end Pizza joint, but now it feels and looks like a franchise pizza joint, with insufficient and quite disorganized staff. Won't be back, and I don't recommend it.

Air con broke. Rushed to finish meal as wanted to close so refused our coffee order. No price reduction offered and 18% service added!
