There are a lot of options for coffee on the PATH, but Pilot certainly stands out. Not just for its clean and elegant interior, but also for the quality of their coffee. Which is probably the most important thing for a coffee shop.The service doesn’t fall short either, so a full 5 stars for them. The people that work here are nice and you can count on them serving you a cup of coffee that upholds their standards each time.I got a cappuccino and a chocolate croissant when I passed by in the morning on a weekday and it was the perfect start to my day. I found their cappuccino to be really good. Just enough espresso taste balanced out with milk foam. It was also just the right temperature when I sipped it.
First time here, purchased the Heritage coffee beans, very smooth and wonderful for black coffee drinkers. It is neither fruity nor bitter, I highly recommend for those who want a high quality centered coffee. Staff was very helpful in making a perfect choice for my taste preference.
Cold brew on tap was okay; medium roast. Not strong in flavor nor robustness.2 stars since it's not good when Sam James is a few steps away and has better flavor & value.
Coffee was good. Oatmeal earl grey scone was mediocre. Wouldn’t get any of their scones again but the coffee 100%.
Such a lovely team at FCP. Always so friendly and greets you every morning knowing you’re still asleep..!Their pastries are amazing - recently tried their raspberry banana muffin and their recommendation did not disappoint.I haven’t tried their coffee yet but I had their iced matcha latte and honey chai latte.

2020.09.18. Started our journey with a walk to "Pilot Coffee Roasters" at First Canadian Place. Great coffee and tastes very good. I had a hot Americano. My regular. It is becoming our stop before picking up our car rental.2020.09.04. Started the birthday special day with a coffee at "Pilot Coffee" at TD centre. Great coffee. I had my regular hot Americano. A scone to go. Definitely a must visit place.
Great experience with Pilot - since the pandemic began, I've been ordering coffee from them. A few weeks ago, my wife and I got a somewhat stale batch of the Heritage blend, and threw it out. Was disappointing but I reached out to Pilot directly letting them know what happened. Within 24 hours, they'd responded back, apologized for the inconvenience, offered me a refund or a new bag shipped the next week. No questions asked. This focus on making sure their customers are happy was the cherry on the "overall experience" cake. Keep up the great work, Pilot!
Knowledgeable and friendly staff that go out of their way to answer any questions you may have.Coming from the background of pre-ground, bitter, grocery store coffee, my life has changed for the better thanks to Pilot and their helpful staff.I came in knowing nothing about coffee, aside from that I liked the boldness of dark coffees (or so I thought), and they promptly showed me numerous freshly roasted beans for my choosing.Who knew that coffee could have varying flavours such as pomegranate, lime or graham cracker!?They also offer to grind any beans you choose to purchase (great if you don’t own a grinder).They helped walk me through brewing methods, as well as different types of coffee (single origin, blends etc) and what to expect with each one.I will definitely be a returning customer, and I am excited to try their different roasts of beans which come from small scale farms all over the world.If you are an experienced coffee connoisseur, or a complete beginner like I was, check out a Pilot shop near you (there are tons!), I promise you won’t regret it.
