For all you vancouverites, the patty shop is better.I found this patty to be dry, not flakey enough and the filling flavour lacking. Decent mid day snack.$3.40/patty. Take out only but a couple standing tables and food court a couple of steps away.

The Patty’s were just ok to me nothing special unfortunately as I had high hopes here but still works for a quick snack on the go.
Jamaican Patties are a Toronto institution, and this is an excellent place to try them. This is a grab and go kind of place, so grab a few for your hotel room if you are visiting. The food is well made, excellently priced, and the service is fast and freindly. Alas, they are being displaced by yet another condo development, so fingers crossed they reappear in a similarly convenient location. If you are not familiar with Jamaican cuisine, do yourself a favour and give it a try.
