Loved their mango cake! Fresh, nicely presented, and delicious.
Very bad customer service. Chinese old lady who was working on September 11.2021 at 5:15 pm she literally snatched the bun from my hand and put it back to the shelf. I have never experienced such a bad situation in my life. She cant speak in english and didnt even bother answering me

Terrible customer service! I had ordered a cake 3 days ago, called the morning of pickup to make sure it was ready, they told me it was. Then, called again while I was on my way to pickup the cake. Again, they told me it was ready. When I got there, the cake was not ready. They had sold my cake to somebody else. The worst thing was they didn’t even apologize. Needless to say that I will never come back again.
Whenever I go to this bakery, I will buy their mango cake... it's so good that I have to give them 5 stars. The mangos are fresh and sweet, what's their secret of getting so many fresh sweet mangos LOL
Standard Chinese bakery, it's a clear pass in terms of quality and price is a little higher. Overall, if you need your Chinese bakery fix in Willowdale this is the place to go. Definitely better than iBake at Yonge/Finch
I was overcharged once and when I told the employee about it, she gave me my money back. Please pay attention to the pastries prices before you buy them. Beside that, it's one of the best bakeries I have visited in my life.
