It was full when we came but the waiting line was super easy. The bartender just attached our drinks while we were waiting and the crew was super friendly. If you want to eat Thai food and enjoy a nice atmosphere then this is the place.Being from Sweden though, it really didn't feel like the usual Thai restaurant which I truly enjoyed

Went to Toronto for vacation and heard good things about this restaurant so definitely had to give it a try! I saw other Google reviews that says reservations were full, but was able to get a walk-in table in 15 minutes, which was also happened to me. Food was amazing and I think this is the best Thai food in Canada I've ever tried so far. However the service was very slow. Came here the second time before my flight and ordered Pad Thai and Moo Ping (available after 4pm) for take out. The Moo Ping were not ready even after I waited until around 4.40pm and eventually got refunded. Would give it five stars if the service was faster :-)

I wish I had tried this place years ago! The food was soooo good ? the Pad Thai had this smoky taste from the beef and that green curry was like a blessing for my allergy symptoms. Oh and the chicken wings were superb! Would definitely visit again! It was super busy on a Tuesday and I was surprised at first but now I understand why! Oh and the guava juice was delicious~

Review for Vegetarians. Not your average Thai restaurant! The menu features Northern Thai specials with a few usual suspects like Pad Thai and Hot and Tom Yum soup. But for the most part, you will be amazed to know the other Thai dishes that exists! They’ve tons of vegetarian options and the staff is willing to work with you to substitute any meat dishes with tofu.Make reservations in advance on their website or be prepared to wait for 1 hour.

The place was packed and wait times were an hour + on a Saturday, but we didn't mind walking around the city until we were seated. The food was so good and worth the wait!We ordered the mango salad as an appetizer and shared Tom Yum and Pad Thai. The mango salad was so good, I could eat a whole bowl of it as a main meal! Tom Yum was served on a flame to keep it warm, and came with a side of jasmine rice to enjoy with the rich broth. Pad Thai was a classic delicious nutty dish as well.Highly recommend the place if you're in the area and got time. Will definitely come back to try the other dishes there!

The food is delicious and the presentation is surreal. The staff is incredibly sweet, attentive and make every effort to accommodate dietary restrictions ❤

A little pricy. Buy nice atmosphere.

Pai has become on of my favorites in Toronto, the service, the price and the food quality is amazing. Maybe the tables are smaller than regular, but it’s worth for the while experience. Pad thai - foreign spicy level - is tasteful.

Wonderful Thai restaurant with such a big menu of variety for all dietary requirements. This place doesn’t take bookings in advance so you do just have to queue up and wait… and they are always mega busy!! We waited for about 30-45 minutes to get a table but I can see why - it’s amazing and definitely worth the wait!! We enjoyed an incredible Thai feast between us. Unfortunately, they ran out of the mango sticky rice dessert, which is usually my favourite which was surprising given it was only about 8:30pm… but overall, the food was brilliant so we didn’t mind.

Really popular place with long wait times, better to reserve table a day before.Highly recommend red curry ? vegan option. Serving of food is really authentic.
