One of the worst bubble tea places. Poor staff. The milk they gave me smelled funny. The taste was absolutely horrible. I tried a couple ones with my friends. Still regret the 20 dollars i spent there. They gave a option for free bubble tea if you sign up which is a scam. They give you extra tapioca:)))
Always had great experience at any OneZo locations. The drink I always get is Totaro, recommended!
Visited this place after dinner and got myself a Grapefruit Green Tea with OneZo Tapioca. I usually would've gotten Taro from here but today my stomach was not doing so well, so I had to stay away from milk tea and dairy related drinks. The grapefruit wasn't to my liking, however I gave this place a 5* because I really enjoy their Tapioca. Normally I do not order Tapioca at many other places other than OneZo, there's definitely something about their Tapioca!
Understaffed. There was only one lady working in the store on a busy sat afternoon. She placed a bunch of drinks and did not inform us which was ours. When she realized we got the wrong one, she scolded us and gave us a dirty look.Would not visit again.
Understaffed. Went in around 8pm to order something but there was only one worker and only a few customers, but very long wait time. I ended up leaving after 20 minutes standing in line and didn't order anything.
I asked the worker a question and the gentleman was kind enough to explain the difference of why their brown sugar milk tea was called “brown sugar dirty milk tea”. We had a great laugh and the service was quick! Would go back and recommend as the tapioca was perfectly made.
Totaro Bubble tea tastes really good! Not too sweet, purely original favour of Taro!

I have visited this location multiple of times and pretty satisfy with their drinks. They promo house made fresh tapioca toppings which they offer a few selections to choose from (available to add on for extra cost). Onezo tapioca is usually my go to which never disappoints. Price for add ons is more expensive compared to other bubble tea stores. The flavor of the drinks are tasty, exactly what you would expect, does not taste diluted.Since this location is compact, it does not allow more than 3 customers in the store without feeling tight. On busier days there's usually 2 staff working and most common ordered drinks are pre-assembled, so wait times are not too long.
There was a lot of hype when the first location opened, but since then the quality has diminished due to lower turnover. Some of the drinks at this location are pre-assembled for faster service (ex. taro in the cup, refrigerated) and while I believe the freshness is unaffected, I feel that the colder temperature makes it more stuck to the cup-- good if you want faster service but I'd rather have quality for such expensive bubble tea. Service is meh; you have to know what you want as you may not be prompted with all the customization options (ex. when ordering a "Mochi Totaro" I was asked if I want milk or soy milk, but I actually thought I was ordering milk TEA instead of just dairy beverage). However, the hand-made tapioca is a nice chewy texture and comes in fun flavours.
