Perfect place to eat in Scarborough. The staff are great. The food is delicious. The lunch specials are good value. Love ❤️ the complementary congee and salad they give you.Good selection of dishes on their regular menu too if you don’t want the lunch specials.The sushi is fresh. Go to place when I am in the area.
Ordered a few rolls and my friend got a bento. The prices are very reasonable esp for the quality. As an avid sushi lover I can tell the fish is fresher than most places and the maki is bigger so you get your moneys worth. Dropped by on a weekday night for dinner and service was friendly, was not too busy. I would recommend giving this place a try if you like doing a la carte like me. I am not a fan of the typical ayce sushi places so restaurants like these are totally worth it.

I always wanted to try the food here because of the good reviews. Finally last Sunday I was able to order and picked it up. Lots of Japanese restaurants near my place but I went extra mile to try the food here. My daughter loves the shrimp tempura. Wasn’t able to take a photo of it. It was gone in an instant. It must be really good to finish the two orders. Going to the sushi, I was not impress due to the rice, it was kinda dry and hard already. It’s been like a rice just taken out from the fridge.
I'm not a big fan of Sushi buy the food here... I now like Sushi. Very flavourful and priced reasonable. Large portions. Needed a to go bag.
I love Niji! It’s not just the sushi, but the customer service is always keeps me coming back. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone who wants to try good quality sushi.
Fresh fish and good sizes. Unlike many other “popular” sushi places that cut a normal fish piece into three pieces and count them as three pieces. Good value and fast
Ordered the J1 maki and sushi combination medium 80 pieces for take out. Great value and good quality. The fish to rice ratio is good. This is prob going to be our new go to sushi takeout spot
Best sushi and tempura as always i literally drive 45 min out of my way for niji its that good also tried the katsu chicken fir the first time , amazing they definitly will be seeing me again soon .
