Very nice neighbourhood cafe. They have their own coffee beans. Their matcha was delicious and refreshing. They had a wide selection of fresh pastries. Variety of dairy free alternatives: Oat, Almond, Coconut and Cashew Milk.We got Iced Mocha Latte with Oat Milk and a Iced Coconut Matcha Latte. We paired them with a butter croissant and dark chocolate oat cookie.

In addition to serving some of the finest coffee and interesting (and delicious!) baked goods this is one of the most stylish cafés in Toronto. Upscale but not pretentious. My personal favorite in the Saint Lawrence market area.

the atmosphere is very gentle and pretty. The workers are so kind and helpful. I totally recommend ordering the regular cheesecake and Sakura cheesecake :)

Decent sized coffee shop with ample seating at communal bar tables, benches, and booths. I appreciate the Japanese influences on the menu which include a lovely hojicha latte. The gluten-free chocolate banana muffin is also a delight. Neo is open later than most boutique coffee shops in the city and even has a laptop free rule on weekends and holidays to accommodate seating.

I wish i cud give a 5 star but their coffee is just not upto the mark. I used to get better coffee here and the quality has just been deteriorating. The strawberry roll cake was delicious though. It was freshly made and was not very sweet. And the staff is very friendly too and the place has a good ambience.

The butter croissant is an incredibly delicious and decadent treat! Paired with a beautiful cappaciuno, definitely a great after work treat! If you are planning to stay and work please be mindful of charging your devices before hand , outlets are sparse ?

Excellent service and delicious lattes and baked goods! Had a chocolate banana muffin which was made fresh to eat on the same day! For drinks, I tried the Hojicha green tea latte and Cafe Mocha, was quite impressed by the latte art which makes the visit worth it! :D

One of my favorite coffee shops in Toronto. Aesthetically pleasing to sit, when open for indoor dining. Tasty baked goods made in house. My favorite: Dark chocolate cookie..not too sweet with a taste of sea salt. Always has rotating flavours of Swiss rolls. Perfect with a latte. Many options for drinks including espresso, coffee, and gourmet teas. Espresso is smooth and strong, which can be made with lots of options. I have been going here for years, even during pandemic. I'm happy there is another location on Bay Street. Can't go wrong here.

Neo is consistently the best coffee in Toronto. I don’t toss a complement like that around lightly, as I’m a firm believer life is too short to drink bad coffee. The aroma coming off a fresh espresso at Neo is unmatched. Even since I moved and explored other coffee shops I keep coming back. The bean, roast, temperature, water content, ratio of coffee to oat milk is perfect every time which is a compliment to the quality ingredients and also the team of skilled and friendly baristas. Shout out to Amy, Shoma and Aerol! My recommended accompaniments are a matcha cookie or butter croissant and I’m really looking forward to trying their new tiramisu on my next visit.
