I wish I could give them 4 stars or more but the services wasn’t as good and after waiting so long for our food, part of them came cold ? After dinner went to get 2 warm Naught Natas and after waiting 20 min for them came cold ?♀️ Since it was our first time at this place and trying the Piri Piri chicken highly recommended by some friends from Washington DC, the manager gave us great attention and suggestions. The mango lime sauce is delicious, as well as their French fries and the chicken liver. The rest of the sides were cold - when they are supposed to come at the same temperature than the rest of the food. Will give it a chance one more time since this new exotic taste is worth the try.
I ordered a lot from here as we were fasting and were very hungry. I made a huge mistake to order so much food.The half chicken was DRY and had no taste.I don’t want to say that about food but The garlic bread was just nasty. The only thing that wasn’t bad was the chicken burger, but it had a weird smell. The wings looked good but man it just killed my appetite once I took a bite from it. Paid $50+ and got nothing but disappointment and then we had to eat left over food.
Chicken was not fresh, the taste was really off as if it was going bad or somthing before it was cooked and it was served really burnt. On top of that one of the sauce container was almost empty. I called the manager he told me there was nothing he could do, would not even offer to take at least the chicken back and make another order as I was willing to drive.On a side note the rice they sell is an acquired taste and im assuming its not the most popular item on the menu. There fries are ok.Bad customer service, chicken quility was poor. I question there food handling on take out orders.Over $50 gone down the drain, could have been used toward our crazy gas prices lol. Hope this location improves!
Honestly lowest quality over all locations. I usually have great quality but i order french fries and we got all cold fries. Ask for new ones and decided to be friendly and peaceful but nothing happen. I finish my whole meal with my family and got no intention of getting the food back. So dissapointed.
I loved it!The food was delicious and service was nice and quick. Everything was done with fresh ingredients. The atmosphere is also quite nice! I loved the decorations and calmness of the place.
The Branch has the worst staff. You walk in and your treated with bad attitude and you have to deal with the fact that no one wants to bring you water and other items. We had a table of 10 with no water till we finished eating. They brought us no sauces with our meal and just showed us attitude the whole time we were there. The fries were really stale and the chicken was dry. The only good thing was the garlic bread. Hope the owner fixes the staffs dirty attitude and hires people who At least knows basics to serving a customer.This is a update 5 months later so I thought they would have done something to address all negative reviews and maybe hire new staff but I went again and I was not served water or any cutlery’s till I had to walk to the front in the middle of my meal and I realized that none of my food was cooked it was a squishy chicken and was fully raw. My fries were stale and probably were cooked in the morning and just sat there until I ordered them.This is a disgrace to the Nando’S franchise
Echoing others here about the management of this restaurant. I picked up there this evening and it took 35 minutes longer than the time advised. The staff seem to be directionless and the manager there seems to be totally out of his depth. I had to ask to get my order checked 3 times and the first girl just left to go home after I asked.People were lining up to pick up and the manager did nothing to organise the line up. He just made comments to staff that people who are waiting should be told to come back. It was my second time to come back and he didn’t even bother to once ask how long any of us were waiting. He then told a junior staff member to stop taking orders as they are too busy now. To me.. that’s not how a business runs.I’d suggest the manager either get training on how to efficiently manage a busy restaurant or get someone else with experience to do it. Something clearly is not working. I’ll be changing my location in future.
I would rate this place zero if Google gave me the option. But they don't allow it, so here's a undeserved 1 star.The management is a mess. There is no organization here at all. Workers clearly haven't been given clear instructions to organize dine in and take out orders. Workers are literally left scrambling left, right and center to manage everything.Came here on a Saturday afternoon. Ordered ahead of time online, for just ONE item. And it took them an hour and a half to make it. Even when I got the notification online that it is ready, it actually wasn't.
SO disappointed. I ordered the Jumbo Chicken Platter for $69.99 and it was supposed to come with 4 Large sides. First of all, the sides I got were small boxes, and second, they were only halfway full. I have ordered from Nandos multiple times from other locations and their sizes never disappointed me. I called the store and the manager told me that because they’re a franchise, each location has different size boxes for their “large”. The only thing they can do is take it up to head office. She did offer to give me two extra sides, however it was just embarrassing since I had guests at home who were waiting for food. I didn’t have time to go back. I had to order somewhere else since the amount of food that was given to me was not sufficient enough for 6 people. If this was their “large” portion size, I wonder what their small size is lol.
there food is tasty but cleanliness OMG worst all over the waiting area there are flies and dust is just stuck on sofa like they don’t clean from years!! so i do not think this is hygienic as it’s a food restaurant the first priority is it’s cleanness
