Queen Street West is full of fantastic eateries. From pizza to bagels to French pastries to vegan treats to ice cream there is a plethora of choices. We have had croissants from more than a few of the places and after much review (and two visits) Nadege is our choice for best in Toronto. We have had both the chocolate and butter croissant and both delivered solidly. We’ll be back for sure and plan to try some of the sweets and maybe a macaron or cupcake too! Here is a note - they do not have a public restroom, so plan accordingly!
Love this pastry shop & all locations. Unfortunately went on a day they were not offering an ice cream special (saw on social media) but it was okay because the staff let us know very politely. - Got my go to dessert (praline) & the outside patio was quiet & clean.
Their pastries are one of the best in the city. I think they've been around for some time, with different locations and this one is right by Trinity Bellwoods so I usually grab some pastries before heading to the park on the weekends. Service is alright and there are seatings available inside and on the patio. My go-to's are canele (3 for $4), r[ aspberry pistachio croissant ($5.20) and praline cake ($9.50 slice).
They had 13 different macaron flavors and we tried a bunch of them and they were great. They had some many amazing looking chocolates and truffles and pastries that I was almost overwhelmed!
It’s an okay patisserie. The portions are too small for the price. Their ice cream is good but wouldn’t be my first choice. The raspberry pistachio flavour was the best but apparently they stopped making it.
Food: I absolutely love Nadege! If I'm close by I would often drop by just for their pastries. My favorites are the canelés, their strudels, and macarons. Their food quality is top tier!Staff: Their team is always friendly, professional, and hard working. I never had a bad experience. Kudos.Service: You can order online for pick up (which I have done!), have delivery, and can do custom orders. They strive to offer convenience and have a diversity of options for you to choose from.Misc: They follow COVID policies, have a social media presence where you get the latest update, and are always growing.Keep up the amazing work!
Love their tiny pastries! Esp w the one with a flower on top and the rounded pink one. So good..hint of rasberries and cream.
Absolutely lovely staff and an amazing selection of pastries and cakes. Everyone at my gathering loved their Exotic Flower cake, and I'm sure their other cakes are just as immaculate!
Superb pastries, friendly service. I ordered an almond chocolate croissant and a turmeric latte. Latte was way too sweet but still tasty. I'd try it again without the brown sugar added. The pastry was really good. Very flaky, good filling. You'll make a mess so just enjoy it! Nice little patio overlooking Trinity Bellwoods Park.
An amazing french bakery that offers decadent desserts with a creative twist. If you are in the mood for classics, this is the place to get a croissant and a rich cup of coffee. Their macaroons are lovely too although slightly too sweet. I would say if you are going to get one thing, let it be the almond croissant… just wow: Crunchy, moist, buttery, sweet and delicious! As a bonus, the staff in this location are so friendly and welcoming.
