I wish I could have been able to dine in this place. The food look so good but the place is small and it was completely full. So we ordered to go. Not disappointed. We ordered Butter Masala chicken Roti. It was delicious. You can request the amount of heat you can tolerate: mild, medium, spicy and stupid LOL. I hope next time we get to visit we can dine in to try the toasted roti.
I really like my time here with one of my new boss. He likes Indian food so I kept my trust in this place and came here for lunch. There was just one chef who tried his best to serve us and he did.The interiors have small colourful benches and some sofa seats that aren’t very comfortable but decent.Their menu is good, has halal options to try, with medium spicy food with roti.I had paper dosa with extra ghee to make it more tasty and it was amazing in crispiness, the chutney wasn’t really South Indian style.Their quantity is great, and they have a good lighting available. You can definitely try this place, the washroom wasn’t really clean or decent .Must try their mango lassi. Also you can try their menu that has to do with roti as it’s their specialty.
This place is just so incredible especially for Dosa lovers. The staff is so humble and friendly. The customer service is outstanding. The portion size and the taste is worth everything. The dosas were so crisp and I would highly highly recommend this place. They also serve the chats and drink. Their Mango Lassi is mouthwatering. It is just at the lakeshore and that’s one more reason to love the place.
I have been to this place quite a few times but never this disappointed we reached there by 1:40 they gave us the excuse of closing the dining at 2am even though its supposed to be 4am and this (one) employee was really rude too when asked about if they could take our order as its not 2 yet...But this place (5 star) has the Best dosa I've had "in Canada"!!! Most of the employees were kind too...had a really good time with my friends. In my previous visits..
Tried the butter chicken dosa from My Roti Place for take out dinner (spice level medium). It was really tasty. The interior of the restaurant wasn’t very appealing for me personally and it is a small space. However for takeout I would definitely go back. The butter chicken roti was tasty and had such good flavours. It also came with these chips and a tiny gulab jamun. The entire meal cost $18 including tip.
Open Late, this Indian cuisine - quick service restaurant, provides north and south Indian options with option for modifications.Must try Chicken Wings, Lamb Keema Dosa and their Superior Butter Masala. Thanks to Ms Jonshu and Mr Jeffin for the amazing food and service throughout my visits to this location.
dossa was served cold too salty will not recommend and chutneys were cold and sambar too sweet not authentic at all
I literally saw the sign today and went in to grab lunch. They just opened and from a food snob, i gotta say, AMAZING! We had the lamb vindaloo stupid hot roti and a mild butter chicken roti for my wife. It was just perfect! The right amount of heat not to drown out the flavorful indian spices. You can also make your own roti . The staff was very friendly and you cant beat the prices for portions!
The Masala dosa was around 2 feet in diameter! A great takeout spot, there are seating for those who want to eat in. Dosa comes with spicy curry, a coconut chutny, tomato chutny and a sambar (spicy veg soup) to dip the dosa into. There are also stuffed roti options on the menu.
The staff really made my day. It was my birthday and I was met with sweet notes and a free dessert. Amazing customer service and the food is even better. Great job, team!
