Great food all around especially off menu items from the head chef. Very good value overall and service was very attentive. Will be back
The restaurant tried to be a high-end environment but there is no high-end service. the servers are not well trained for best customer service. Disappointed that the kitchen has no crispy chicken which is the general item on all Chinese restaurants. The dish is labour intensive so the kitchen did not want to do it for a table for two. We had a bad experience and we would not recommend it to friends and families.

Your food is excellent, although expensive. I wish the wait staff weren't quite so busy, and that the noise level was a little lower. But we will be back.

Moon Palace is the best dim sum, best lobster, best peking duck. Itâs the best. Truly.
For our family of 6 this was our very first dine in experience at Moon Palace and the staff did NOT disappoint! In fact they excelled in all areas from the warm greeting upon arrival , to the quick service and the detailed attention to our order. We were quite impressed with the artistic way the food was displayed on each plate. Then the flavour of the Dim Sum and other foods...it surpassed our expectations, so we are most certainly planning a repeat visit! A big extra thank you to the Chef that stayed a little longer to make those delicious Dim Sum dishes for us!
