Ordered the sushi from this location and they were all so tasty. However, I was wondering if the delivery person took so long to get the order from the restaurant or just the weather, the fish was a little bit too warm(which means it was not very fresh). Other than that it’s good, love the price & portions & delicious!The party tray looked so fancy and beautiful.
I love their salmon avocado rolls! They’re always very fast with orders and they are friendly when I go pick up! Sometimes when I get it through Uber eats it doesn’t seem as fresh but this isn’t the restaurants fault. Never had an issue with pickup!
I often go there a little after my order is supposed to be picked up because I know they are usually busy and service is slow.Today was the worst, I walked over 5 minutes later than my food was supposed to be picked up. Then when I arrived I was told to wait another 5 minutes. So I did no problem. Afterwards I was told to wait another 5 minutes. And then after that an additional 5 minutes.The quality of their food has been going down since they are trying to get more business than their cooks can handle.They took my money, couldn't cancel my order and so all I know is that I will never go there again.
Cheap but poor quality. Definitely did not feel right all afternoon after eating that sushi. It made me and my family feel sick. The sushi was very low quality and has gone downhill even more.
The quality has gone downhill. My large sushi order was slapped together without care, they used scraps of low quality salmon fat in the rolls which would be better used to make cat food. It made the rolls extremely chewy. To add insult to injury they didn’t even include chopsticks or napkins in the order. Never ordering here again. It’s simply junk.
I usually don’t leave a comment for any place… but this was just horrible….We just got food from this place from uber eats and found a big piece of plastic in the middle one of our rolls… it looks like a cap of some sort and also broke a tooth biting into my roll… I will never get food from this place … I wouldn’t even give this place a one star…
I ordered on Uber Eats to try this sushi place that my friend recommended, and I wasn't disappointed. Very delicious and I loved their kani salad and volcano roll! I also got the shrimp tempura and it was so good! I recommend.
Monkey sushi is a solid sushi spot just east of Korea Town on Bloor St. I ordered a salmon roll which was tasty though a bit pricey for the amount of food. The sushi was flavourful and wasabi was delicious.
We ordered yesterday, Sushi roll is good, sashimi not bad but they didn’t give us any chopsticks! Soy sauce only 2 small cup! So disappointed!
