Chicken broth full of soul, nothing like it in Toronto. You can really taste the collagen in the soup. ?I love the atmosphere and the servers are super nice!Check receipts before paying, sometimes there’s some hiccups and they don’t know how to refund or correct prices.
Had a ramen combo to try out a few of the appetizers. The red spicy ramen is incredible. The broth is thick and well seasoned. The thick noodle is cooked to a perfect texture to go with a thick broth. The portion is slightly small, but you can get extra noodles for $2.Appetizers are all good, but nothing special. I would recommend getting ramen only from this place. Actually the ramen is so good, that I came back the next day for the black garlic. Can't wait to come back for more.
First time trying this place, and I can say that Midori Ramen has made it to my Top 3 Ramen Spot in Toronto. I ordered the Signature Paitan Ramen which comes with Pork Chashu and Egg. The broth is very well-balance between the richness of the pork and the sweet medley of vegetables stock. It’s also not oily, which feels satisfying after finishing it.I really enjoy the ambiance and décor, which showcase contemporary Japanese artwork and design along with a small Bonsai garden in the entrance.Service wise, it was quick and efficient, and the wait staff was courteous and friendly. Overall, I highly recommend this spot and would not hesitate to come when I’m nearby.
I got the house special ramen and it was overall a filling and delicious bowl! Very chickeny and creamy broth, so that may put others off, definitely a first for me in ramen, but I ain’t complaining!Takoyaki is always a must and they delivered there too.
Great dining experience every time! The chicken broth is a nice change from the typical pork brother. The chashu and chicken were very tender. Ramen had a nice chew and bounce. Decorations were pretty cool too!
Generally speaking I have a bias towards pork based broths in ramen as its generally rich in flavour and is the most commonly used base. Midori prides itself on its chicken based broths that I generally turn away from however I was pleasantly surprised to find they were actually great at making it work.It should however be noted that other than the typical shoyu/shio based light broths these seemed to be significantly richer.
Amazing Ramen - the broth is sooooo good! We also order lots of the frozen ramen as well!
Great food with better than average appetizer choices for a ramen bar. Unfortunately moat of the app menu was out of stock.
Really delicious ramens with reasonable price. I love the interior defined one of the best places in Toronto to eat good ramen
Ramen was perfect - tasty and flavourful, but the karaage was kinda small and it wasn’t anything special.
