I ordered a crispy chicken BLT, the chicken was dry. I asked for extra mayo to try and save it. It did not work. When I broke the chicken in half it was super dry. I only enjoyed the French fries. The prices have gone up and the quality has gone down. I think in done with McDonald's, can't be bothered anymore.
Large spacious McD’s across from the ROM. Convenient location. Clean, friendly staff. Good option for fast food if in the area.
It's a good McDonalds, but woefully lacking bathroom facilities for the location (single-occupant rooms per gender plus a family/unisex single-occupant room, in such a busy area...??). Still, the food was good and the place was clean and nicely furnished, and we were served pretty promptly especially for lunch rush!

I order fairly regularly from this location, mostly via SkipTheDishes.I do not remember last time I actually received a full, correct and complete order. Always something missing, and not just "remove pickles", I mean FULL items missing.... get better!
I normally go into McDonald's for an ice cream cone. My most recent visit the machine worked but only 1 cone for a multi cone order. You can do better McDonald's its not even summer yet.
Today, I ordered a Big Mac combo with fries upgraded to a larger, but they gave me a medium despite the fact that I already paid for it. If this is the first time happening I won't even bother but in the past, this kind of low-level mistake often happens in this location, they often messed up my orders. Some staffs who work here are not really taking their job seriously.
First time in years that I've seen a Mc Donald's this busy! Like 15 people in the kitchen and on the front working super fast and really hard to get the best service they can. Congratulations because the place was packed but they managed to keep the flow and kept is smooth. The only thing I don't appreciate is charging 0.50 for mayonnaise ??
The place was packed but staff were constantly cleaning and sanitizing tables.Front staff and Management were excellent. There was a small mixup with an order that was corrected immediately. Never thought I'd say this about McDonald's but 10/10
~ Visited Toronto and this is by far one of the best McDonald’s I’ve ever been too!One of the most truly amazing things that caught my attention as an avid foodie, was that the staff at this location were very professional, courteous and friendly! We’ve all been through that less-than-desirable position where, as we’re ordering food, the staff would really demotivate you from eating based on an unfriendly, unprofessional demeanor, but Not here! You guys Rock! The establishment was very clean throughout, from the register to the tables, yay!The service was very swift and exactly what I ordered, as I ordered it. A MASSIVE props on the teamwork and the management here! You can tell everyone coordinates here very well, to provide us the best customer service experience possible.6/5 Would Eat here again~
