Been a loyal regular for about a year - pretty much every day. Love the coffee - especially the "Middle School" bean. Love the staff. Love Josh, the drummer girl, the Irish guy.... they are all lovely and super kind. However, this new young-ish manager is rude, confrontational, presumptuous and does not listen. He needs to tone down on his "quickness" and instead of making it about himself, make it about the customer. Today was just the tipping point in what has been a cumulative observation. I'd be happy to share the details in person, but the bottom line is: his general attitude sucks - big time. He is not plussing your business.
Coffee is excellent, really smooth and creamy! Not too many places to sit but great place for takeout. Well priced - $5 for a latte. Customer service has always been helpful and friendly! One of my favourite spots for coffee in Toronto.

Such an amazing coffee place with a variety of drinks and snacks to eat. We got the Macadamia iced latte and macadamia latte. They were very delicious and would highly recommend getting them. The barista was so accommodating and very helpful, she recommended us a lot of drinks and snacks. The service was quick and the place was very clean and this is such a convenient location for coffee. Would highly recommend everyone to start out their day with a coffee and snack at this place and it will definitely bring a smile to everyone.
The best coffee I had in Toronto! I had regular latte, and the coffee aroma was just amazing! Perfect balance between espresso and milk. I had latte in many places, and a lot of times the espresso was just not strong enough.
Worst experience!! I have been to many places for coffees but this coffee was just water and bitter taste! There was no taste of coffee.. and the 2 employees working in front were so rude! They didn't even concentrated on which customer is in line, which order is being processed and things, they wanted to finish their talk first.. umm something about instagram!!! And the hot chocolate needed 2-3 packs of sugar in order to feel like drinking hot chocolate..

Great coffee made right there by the barista. It's a bit pricey but worth it! I loved their flat white and mocha. Don't pass on their cookies either, they are amazing!
I enjoy visiting Mast coffee for their flat white. The space is small and limited so they do not have many tables inside. Nice location to take out coffee when you are driving. They do not have parking lot but you can park on the street.
