I always get The Fave salad and I love it, while it is simple it is a big portion and the dressing is so good. For the first time, I placed an order on the website and the experience was not great. I don’t like that I can’t just remove an ingredient online as in store I just ask to substitute cucumber for the avocado so I just added a note asking for the avocado on the side. In the end, the salad was all mixed with avocado. It’s just a simple request and it was so visible on the receipt.Just to add - love the interior design!

One of the best places for salad bowls in the city. My friends and I were aching to try some of the restaurants on ossington and we were so lucky to stumble on Mandy’s. There was a lot of hype on social media regarding this restaurant and I was really excited to try this place. It is in a quaint location on ossington with a nice patio for both large and small groups. The inside was astonishingly designed. It’s a great place to come with friends or if you want to get work done as well. There was a little bit of a lineup but it was so worth it. They have a system in place where once you order, they give you a number and they come to your table to serve you (regardless if you are in the patio or inside). We got the Cesar salad and the vegetable protein bowl along side an açai berry smoothie. The service was really fast and all the staff there were really helpful and kind. The Cesar salad had a lovely taste to it and the salad was so fresh that each bite contained some crunch with their pita chips. The vegetable protein bowl was delicious and I highly recommend it. The quinoa mixed with the avocado and the kale made the mix taste superb. The dressing elevated the taste of the bowl to the next level. The bowls were gigantic and made us feel really full after the meal but not to the point where we felt heavy. To add to the mix, the açai berry was blended really well and it was definitely worth the buy.I loved this restaurant and I would definitely come back to try the other items on the menu. Besides the salad, they also have other little drinks, snacks, chocolate, fresh baked desserts. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone as I believe it is worth trying.

I’m a salad girl so let’s get right into this — I absolutely adore the concept of an all salad restaurant. The vibe and decor is so cute and it is cozy for a cute lunch date spot. There isn’t a lot of seating inside so you’ll have to hope that they have a spot or go extra early to claim one.I love how they had a variety of salads to choose from and that they offer the option to add a protein such as chicken. That being said, the menu is a bit overwhelming and there is a lack of visuals to show what the salad looks like which made it that much harder to choose.I ended up ordering The Wolfe with chicken. The salad was huge and extremely tasty with all the different ingredients combined. But, I couldn’t finish the entire salad and since it costs a pretty penny (over $20) you’re going to want to finish every last bite to get your moneys worth lol.Moving forward, I’ll order the salad with the dressing on the side as well as ask for a take out container so that I can portion it out. This way you can take any left overs back home with you and enjoy it later on as a snack (ask for a different salad dressing to change your leftovers up). If you do this then it’s a win-win since you won’t waste any food or money.P.s. Order one of their cookies they’re SO good.Eating my way through Toronto! I just had Mandy's hippie bowl and I'm already craving for it. This restaurant is such a gem; it has this gorgeous LA-meets -pastel-floral aesthetic with healthy green smoothie vibes and I'm all here for it. I will 100% go again as I'm pretty sure I just found my new obsession for salad bowls!

Big salad, pricey, ok servers. Came for dinner and had a salad surprise surprise. For $16 to $18 I can make better salads at home. Found it very hard to make a decision because there are just a lists of ingredients rather than pictures which would be much more informative. Salad was nothing special just large portions of greens at a high price. Next time I would get the protein bowl for $12. Servers didn’t refill water as needed.

Today I checked out Mandy's (@mandysalads). At first I was a bit disappointed that they had only a few vegan options but the decor and vibe was very inviting so I decided to try one. I got the Tokyo Salad and OMFG it was probably the best salad I've ever had! I couldn't wrap my head around how they could make tofu taste so amazing! ??????

I visited Mandy's and got the Lumberjack salad and switched out the Mozzarella for Feta.the salad was good and was a HUGE portion. I didn't think I could get full off of the salad but I finished the whole thing and my stomach was about to burst. The lumberjack had a lot of meat and switching the cheese to feta made it a heavy meal, but still good. The lettuce in the salad was all Romain which I appreciated. High quality ingredients. My only complaint is that I think the salads should be a bit smaller and cost less. But, it's all part of the experience. Not a place to go to everyday/night for food but definitely an experience. The atmosphere was pretty nice as well and they had an outside patio which is nice. They also bring water to your table if you dine in as well.

Went after a long workout. First of all, decor looks like a cake or dessert shop. Staff are very friendly. A good variety of salads including both vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, or meat salad options. I had the peanut satay salad: Fresh bowl of vegetables with a crunch of peanuts and tortilla chips. The mint made the salad more refreshing than most other salads ...very tasty. Happy to report the salad has more than 4 vegetables, unlike other places. Price range is $12-$19. The menu also has smoothies and bowls...for sure will try next time. Finally a nice place to get salad in Toronto. Only criticism is, my food mate had to wait 20 min to get her Tokyo salad, perhaps it was the tofu? Seating is for 2-4 people per table. Also sells other types of chips and healthier drink options for a quick snack.Overall: Nicely decorated shop with a range of tasty salads.

Tonight I was craving salads and after googling for 15mins came across this cute aesthetic place. The place is really really beautiful! Luckily we got a table and get to dine in. I got The Fave’s Salad and my bf got lumberjack. He doesn’t eat bacon so the guy said you can substitute it with another source of protein and he requested for shredded chicken. The portion of salads are big and I really enjoyed mine, my bf’s salad wasn’t as flavourful as mine but that’s how he likes it. I might come back for more salads next time! Our total for two salads was $40, a little pricy for only salads but can’t complain I enjoyed mine!

We actually went for dine in but the wait was for more than 30mins so thought to do take out and eat at home. I like the peanut satay salad and the sesame citrus dressing however we didn't actually like the habibi salad, the quinoa felt like flavour less may be because we don't eat quinoa that often. But Overall a good place should try when you are in downtown and want to eat healthy.
