If you are looking to eat authentic Mexican food this is the place. The dishes are served in a professional manner, the customer service is excellent, and the prices justify the quality of the food. Chef Luis really goes out of his way to provide great service, as does the entire Mad Mexican staff. I recommend it for any occasion, and it is better not to take a car to try the delicious cocktails that the chef prepares.
Great ambiance and great staff, especially Mariana! The food is delicious, but a little on the pricier side. They also have a little Supermarket at the back where you can buy all sorts of different things, from Latin-inspired groceries, to alcohol and some food items that are made in-house!
Nice find in west Toronto . Interesting street patio. Reservations recommended since popular spot with locals. Very nice artwork to keep the conversation going. Service was average. Tacos were authentically good.
Super delicious food and amazing nacho chips. We ordered the guac which was great and I highly recommend adding the green hot sauce to it that they bring to the table.Service was great as well.Just wish I had enough room for dessert. Will have to get it next time!
This place was OK. The service was not great and we had to wait a long time for them to take our order, bring us set ups, plates for guacamole (we got those ourselves actually). Drinks took forever too. Maybe they were short staffed…We had tacos and the fish tacos were very good but the flat iron beef taco was so so and greasy. The margarita was nice with the spicy salt rimmed glasses but they did not have any Gran Marnier for Cadillac Margies.
A great atmosphere that isn't backed up by good food.The corn tortillas were stale, the chicken enchilada was not seasoned and the taco flavours were underwhelming. The Flautas De Pollo was way over fried and too crunchy.On top of this our server never asked how our meal was and just grabbed our plates at the end of the meal.Would try somewhere else first.
Took my teen son here on an adventure.Great food, super fresh every ingredient! Service fabulous!Fish tacos best I've had nice super light batter.Nachos best ever anywhere! The in house salsa red and green were distinctive and different and not to hot, just touch over mild.Pricey but well worth it.Bringing wife back soon!
Great experience! First off, the service is fantastic - really went above and beyond to make for a great experience. The food is quite good - tried 7 dishes (2 of which were great, and 5 which were good). Atmosphere is pleasant with a casual feel. Parking is a bit tricky (on the street). Prices were average-high, but the overall value is certainly worthwhile. I will return!

I just want to say my girlfriend is the best.We missed the last call for the Mexican place that we meant to go to. We travelled all the way from Scarborough and was pretty bummed out but we were lucky enough to find this humble mexican place about 9mins away. I'm glad it worked out it was simple an amazing time. The server Shawn was really helpful explaining the dishes and his recommendation. We ended up ordering the wrong tacos and he was able to switch them without any hassle. Just saying remember to ask for the blue tacos!! They're softer than other tacos I've had. My girlfriend enjoyed the food greatly and it fed her craving. If we're ever around in Etobicoke again definitely going to head here.
