Ordered the Green Milk Tea with Crème brûlée with tapioca, no sugar and light ice. Was very delicious and creamy.
The taste was good and I liked the taro balls being so chewy and sweet! I was surprised that I notice how expensive the price of each drink was, though
Cute and clean place with excellent presentation and nice bottles. Tasted quite good. Each drink is about $10 but you do pay for better quality. Fun place for bubble tea.
Got 1 milk tea and 1 tea latte. Both are really good and toppings are fresh. It’s not as sweet as some other milk tea brands so highly recommend!
I love machi machi, whenever I’m near one I’ll get something. My go to order is the jasmine green tea with cream foam and mini taro balls, less sugar less ice. This is the greatest thing ever and I love it so much. I wish they had more locations. There weren’t too many people today so the wait was super short but I remember when they first opened up and the line was crazy!
Nice Taro latte with extra small taro balls costs 9 dollars after tax. Worth trying tho, legit asian taste, not too sweet.
I got the plum jasmine green tea and it was good. :) The bottle is very cute, and I love the little santa hat it came with because of the holiday season. It isn’t some extraordinary drink that’s only exclusive here, but it’s great for Instagram pictures. It’s on the pricier side, but if you’re an aesthetics kinda person, just go for it. + the staff were very sweet. :)
I visited here almost a month ago and it was my fifth visiting. On first time, a asian girl accepted my order. She was so calm and good customer service. And, I expected the same good quality customer service and visited again BUT!!!, since my second visiting, I found one of the staffs is VERY RUDE and she almost yelled at me. It wasn’t the first time meeting her. Since I tried black milk pana cota, I wanted to try other drinks. So I visited 4times more! But I saw her almost everytimes and she got accepted my order two times. She is unprofessional. I asked adjustments of sugar. She tried say something and I couldn’t hear her properly because they have the shield between cashier and customers also her pronunciation was not clear. She started to yelling at me because I did not understnad what she said. I was VERY upset. I think she also realized it. It was my first time to see her. On second time she got my order, honestly I wanted to avoid her. I love here’s drinks but did not want to even talk to her because of the bad memory with her last time. So my friend did ordered instead of me. Her behaviour was not changed. She was so rude and I am even not sure if she knows how to respect customers. She was also rude at my friend as well. So disappointed.I’ll never go here. No more visit again.

Nice atmosphere and customer service.I had Panna cotta drinks. They were so good. Although you cannot choose sugar level, the sweetness was just right. Fresh strawberry latte one is my favorite.Highly recommended
