Ok so Love Chix’s is my favourite chicken spot. Specifically, the Fried Chicken with honey hot sauce. I like to get my sauce on the side and dip the chicken in. Parm fries are good, but they added Cajun fries and they’re much better with homemade ketchup? The chicken sandwich is nice aswell. It’s funny I never actually been to the main location, first tried it at assembly chef and then during Covid I would always ordered it and still do. I hope to actually come in soon.10/10 would recommend
I was craving some fried chicken.... boy oh boy!!! Did Love Chix satisfy!!!It has a family Cheers sports bar feel, with friendly bartenders to make sure you have all you need. Got the bucket by the pound, fires and coleslaw. I highly recommend it and will be back for more! So worth it!By the way the house dip sauce for the chicken is amazing!!! ???
Went here with work friends and it is just perfect. Their drinks are good and the food is great as well. The booth is the best place to be so get it if you can ! Also, great service !
Everything was so delicious. Caesar salad was garlicky with lots of croutons and bacon. Flatbread and brussel sprouts so good. Fried chicken is the best - sweet and spicy. Nice location, comfortable and clean. Recommend.
Not only is the food phenomenal but the folks run this place are simply amazing! When I placed an order for pickup instead of delivery they stepped up to help. It was totally my mistake and I tried to get some help through Sk*p but they were not helpful at all. I called Love Chix to offer my meal to a walk-in or dine-in, instead of letting it go to waste, but they generously offered to drive it to me if I was reasonably close. My heart is touched by their kindness and my stomach is full of delicious chicken <3 thank you so much <3
Both Love Chix and Century Park Tavern. Amazing place inside and out spotless, clean, beauty atmosphere. Stellar staff. Stellar food. Always a pleasure to hit up this place in the old power house.
Maybe it was just a bad day in the kitchen, but the one occasion I stopped by I was pretty let down. The value proposition just wasn't there for a greasy, southern fried chicken sandwich so big you could not possibly finish it. Maybe it's perfect for some folks, but it seemed like justification for the price premium more than anything. It was noticeably wet in the bun from the grease but not overly. The owner has a huge ego and I've seen review responses where he suggests people "buy a McChicken that's more in line with your budget". Sorry dude, that's called consumer feedback. I'm sure there is a huge market for this food; people aren't going to agree on everything. That said - I expected worse when I read your review responses and it wasn't bad. Just not for me. If you're into heaVY, giver.
I used to order a lot from here but my last two orders were disappointing. The fries were crispy but extremely salty, it was sadly inedible. We also got the sweet chilli chicken and Brussels sprouts which came soggy and too salty.
Amazing customer service and even better food. When we had trouble with a delivery service we called Love Chix directly and they went over and above to make it up to us. It wasn’t even their fault and they made sure we had the best experience.EVERYTHING we ordered was delicious! Order anything on the menu, you can’t go wrong. We will be back again and again!
Sad that they are no longer on Dupont, but happy they didn't move too far away! Their chicken sandwich is SO good. We've also tried the wings, which were okay.... but in all honesty, I think it's because we got them as takeout and being in a takeout container just doesn't do them justice. The staff are friendly, and bring a great vibe to the restaurant.
