I celebrated my birthday there and boy did the staff make me feel special! The food was amazing, loved the ambiance, and exceptional customer service. Will definitely go again!
The waitress was not trained appropriately for a high class restaurant like LOUIX LOUIS. For such a unique and pretty restaurant it was in lack of energy, personally, I feel that a dj or some sort of music aspect would improve the ambiance. The food was excellent, however it isn't very happening.

The food is pricy which is no issue if its great but if ask for a medium rare burger and you get it well done because that is their âdefault modeâ and then also bring the $18 mac & cheese side after we finished the dinner because âthat always takes longerâ I guess its time to send Gordon Ramsey in the kitchen and wake up the Chef or sack him. Unworthy of such a great place and ambience. Staff made up for it. Very nice.
