This place has such a beautiful interior on the second floor! I love the vibes and the staff are friendly. Came here with a group of friends and we decided to share everything. First off, my sangria was so good! I could definitely drink lots of that. For food, we got the Satay Ayam, Satay Lilit, Ayam Goreng, Lumpia, Nasi Goreng, Semur Java, and Tempeh Terong Belado. My fave was honestly the satay ayam (chicken skewers). The meat was so juicy and the sauce was flavourful. Everything else was also very good but the portions were a bit small. Presentation was cute. It's also on the pricier side but understandable with its location. Definitely a good place to go and hang with some friends. Also there's a great speakeasy in the basement! Great cocktails but a little more on the expensive side. Just ask the waitress for the cards to get in!
Had a great first but not last time at Little Sister. The team was amazing (thanks Robin for squeezing me in at the bar) and treated me like an old friend. Great cocktails that went with fantastic food. The description says family style, but there's plenty of small plates if you're on your own, or looking for snacks at the bar. Had a great time at XXX downstairs afterwards too. Definitely need to come back with more friends and try some of the larger dishes.
Loved this spot for our date night! Service was 12/10 with our server, Ahmad who was on point with suggestions and made our overall experience really fun. Ambiance, great tunes (A Tribe Called Quest, Loyle Carner, Artifacts), delicious cocktails, and the FOOD. Wow- the brussel sprouts, braised beef, nasi goreng, coconut shrimp curry, satay skewers… blown away by the flavour. Hats off to the kitchen! Everything was *chefs kiss*Thank you for an amazing experience, we will definitely be returning.

This little restaurant is super cute and lively. Music is a bit loud so it’s hard to hear people at your table but they were still playing pretty good songs. Server was also not very friendly to our group which was off putting. Food was incredible but a bit overpriced, I guess that’s all of Toronto though :( would definitely try the satay skewers!! Drinks were interesting but I think we got lucked out on the ones we picked.
Such a cute spot! Gorgeous aesthetic. It’s a mix of cozy and kinda tropical?! They play great music. The drinks are divine with hilarious names. The fries with peanut sauce were great. The satay was a hit. There is always a dessert of the day which is fun. Only dish I would recommend against was the fried rice as it was nothing too special nor flavorful. I only wish we had gotten the chance to go to bar XXX downstairs after! But alas it only seats 12 so we’ll have to be back!
Came with a group of co-workers on a Thursday evening. The decor and ambiance of the restaurant is great, perfect for dates or a friends dinner. The food was really tasty and they had a lot of vegan options on the menu. They have a bar on the second floor and a speakeasy on the bottom floor. Would have given this place 4 stars but the restaurant was a bit understaffed so the service was a bit slow.
Had a nice dinner here. Very cute restaurant. Very loud upstairs. Food was tapas style. Flavours were good but pricey for value. Service was good.
Excellent food, cocktails and table service. My only minor complaints were that the host kept reminding us that we had to give back the table at 8:30 but did not inform our server as we had not received the bill by then. The sangria should have been pink because it was supposed to contain pink lemonade but it was not. And there are no hooks in the beautiful bathroom for coat or handbag. They did a great job accommodating my allergies and dislikes.
Came across this gem of a place purely by accident. My friends and I were hunting down a spot to have cocktails and we were so lucky to arrive and be told here were seats available. Ambiance was perfect. Every table looked like they were having a good time. The decor was adorable. Our bartender was extremely pleasant and open to chatting which always improves the experience. The cocktails were delicious as well! I would recommend the Sulawesi Sunset if you love tequila. We didn’t have the opportunity to try any of the dishes, but plan to visit again to do so!
