The worst shawarma place ever, First I found hair in my food I was immediately disgusted and decided to call the store and the guy told me either throw it away or to come back and get a new one? So I would literally go back and find more hair in your food? I was seriously disappointed that he said that, either way they don’t put hairnets on properly and I am for-sure not going back in any of there locations
Great shawarma for a good price in Downtown Toronto.I shared a daily special with my brother (two shawarmas for 13.99).We were both pretty satisfied with the portions as well as the great flavour.
I really enjoy the shawarma here, I think the meat is of a higher quality than in other places, especially the chicken (which most people take). I never have the wraps, but the platters/dinners are quite large and lots of vegetables and salads you don't find in other places. Their tabouleh actually tastes fresh every time and this is one of the few places where fried eggplant is an included side. The wraps could have more meat inside though.

Dirty! Nasty! Scary Experience! Verbal Abuse! Emotional Abuse!Last night (November 15, 2021 at 10:00 AM) two persons (appearing to be males) were working together. The shorter one was sweeping the floors without gloves when I entered he proceeded to take gloves to serve me food. HE DID NOT WASH HIS HANDS. So I said I asked him to wash his hands and when I started to say that he should not take gloves with dirty hands I was cut off and told to shut up and get out by the taller male. When I asked why I am being treated that way he accused me of shouting and I told him that I am not shouting and I questioned why he was accusing me of shouting. It was a long stand off and I felt emotionally abused by the taller gentleman. I am flabbergasted and depressed by my experience. I have visited their establishment for many years and after this I wont return. After all I was told to get out and to never return to the restaurant. I filmed this event as when it began to escalate and the gentleman began to verbally abuse me and you wont believe that this taller of the two males admitted to verbally abusing me and began filming me as well. I was upset and I asked him to apologise to me and he refused.
Been going here for a while. Always tip the guy at the counter well. Today I was waiting in line and ordered the special. He said he wouldn’t give it to me because it was after 8. I asked what time it was and he said “8:02” dead serious. I thought maybe he was joking. He genuinely wouldn’t give me the deal. Won’t be going here again.
I love the food here, however only one guy is generous with the toppings. Every time I come in I hope he’s there to prepare my order. I was just there 2 days ago and another employee was working. She gave me 1 tomato a sprinkle of veggies and a smear of chicken. I ordered a chicken shawarma plate as I always do and usually my toppings are piled on, but this time was a disappointment. Everyone should take pointers from the main guy on how to properly prepare a shawarma plate.
Best shawarmas I have ever had. Once you try the beef you won’t order the chicken ever again! Lots of fresh vegetables and great hot sauce!
Had the Chicken shawarmas.. they were pretty bland. No sauces added.The size of the shawarmas was good.
