Really decent Shanghainese restaurant with a good selection of classic dishes. We had dan dan noodles, pork belly, garlic green beans, nian gao sliced noodles with pickled cabbage, chive pancakes and xiao long bao dumplings. All were delicious and the service was great.

Excellent service, good fresh food.We went there two days ago around 2 pm, our server was super friendly!!The food is good and fresh, highly recommended!!

Delicious chinese food, probably the only place that serves an authentic Xiao Long Bao in the city paired with an amazing array of dishes.I've come here mostly for their salty soy bean milk, fried rice, crystal pork belly but thoroughly enjoy their other dishes.

The atmosphere at the old location was way better. Still decent food though portions are small and prettty oily. The staff accidentally cancelled the wrong drink but they were so nice about it and gave us free dessert. Awesome staff

The worst SHRIMP CHOW MEIN(16.5 bucks)I ever had in Toronto. Noodles are dry and tasteless. Only 6 Shrimps and are all supper small. More, I called them for my order, they said 20 minutes. After I arrived, I waited anther 20 minutes.

Had a good lunch here with my wife, Service was good, did not wait long for food to arrive. They gave us free dessert after our meal (fried sesame balls) which paired really well with tea.Everything we had was on point, the chow mein had the smokey aroma of the wok, szechuan shrimp had a similar sauce to chilli crab, the xiao long bao (soup dumpling) had thin skin with delicious minced pork and broth with inside though Din Tai Fung is still the best xiao long bao Lee Chen’s version is also good. The star of the show for me was the Crystal Pork Stew, the pork fat just melts in your mouth and hits you with a burst of flavour! Definitely a must try!My only comment was with the Har Gow (shrimp dumpling) the skin was too thick for my liking but otherwise it was ok.

Amazing food. Visited on a Monday afternoon and was completely empty so we had the place all to our selves and so quiet. The food came fast and was delicious.

Hidden gem in Yorkville! Great selection of Chinese classics, most recommend their soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao), made fresh and you can definitely taste the difference. Service was great and they even offered me a free desert (sesame balls). Also, very clean and follows protocols closely so don't forget your vaccine proof!

I ordered lunch from this restaurant and absolutely loved it! Their House Fried Race Cake with Pork was spot on: the rice cakes were the perfect chewy texture, the pieces of pork tender, and the greens crunchy and well flavored. We also ordered the Steamed Vegetable Dumplings which were folded beautifully and packed with a delicious greens and tofu filling. On top of that, the restaurant also gave us two complementary Golden Fried Sesame Balls which are my favorite dim sum dessert! Very happy with my takeout experience and look forward to eating here again.

The service was very good. The food was good, I would come back and try other items on the menu. The green onion pancakes were really good and Kung pao chicken was good. The general tso chicken, I would skip. It was not how you imagine general tso chicken. The texture of the chicken was really soft and it was just chicken and onion. We also tried the Shanghai noodles which were really good with their housemate hot sauce however I would ask for no mushrooms next time as I found the taste to be overpowering.Rice portions are a bit small compared to what you would normally get.
