The most underrated Mexican/Taco place in Toronto! We visited here on Wednesday for $1 tacos, pastor tacos (they do different taco throughout the weekdays only). Taco came out so quick and it came with three different sauces. Not only is Latin World authentic and affordable, but also their food was so flavourful and filling. They do also have a bit of grocery items or little snacks in the store. Definitely a 10/10 place you should visit in Toronto and I can’t wait to try other tacos or food at Latin World.
Great laid back spot to grab some Tacos, order few beverages and unwind.Everyone will love the ambience, the service is great with great food. I have tried all their tacos, I would suggest to keep chicken right at the bottom. Pork is simply fabulous. Also check out the store. You will love the vivid collection.
My friend and I dined at their restaurant across the street. The interior and exterior are both gorgeous and lure you in automatically. The customer service is great, our server was very nice and checked on us multiple times, asking how we like everything and refilling our table chips. Personally my biggest problem was the food. I’m vegan so I asked for whatever vegan option they had because I couldn’t read the menu since most of it was in Spanish. Our server recommended the cactus and hibiscus tacos. Personally I found them very dull and unflattering. It could be due to my unfamiliarity with the culture or that it was vegan therefore a lot of the required ingredients were taken away. I felt uneasy after having them so I ordered something else to take the taste away and I got the huitlacoche quesadilla , which is corn fungus. Because there was no cheese it just tasted peculiar and flavourless once again. Overall I loved the experience but despised the food.
Beef tacos were disappointing. It is one of the highest rated restaurants in the neighbourhood, which tells you a lot about how run down the neighborhood is
Muy ameno el lugar, los alimentos ricos & excelente servicio (Andrea nos atendió un 10 de 10)
ami me gusta mucho la comida que sirven, y no se diga de los productos excelente servicio!!!

Possibly the best nachos in town (Mexican style, order with chunks of grilled beef). Traditional Mexican-style ingredients, Mexican taste and very reasonably-priced. The one pictured on their website is just a sample Tex-Mex photo (for some reason) and is very different from the nachos they actually serve! They also offer other traditional Mexican fare which are tasty and worth trying. We also like the fact that as soon as you sit down they serve you a portion of crunchy nachos and 3 homemade chili dips (chunky pepper, semi-chunky red, and smooth green). Nice.Although at last visit, and perhaps due to the ongoing pandemic and current economic constraints, they reduced the dips to just 2 and there were some surprising constraints on table supplies. Hopefully that was only on the night we visited. But in any case, when we get a craving, we shortlist this place.Kudos also to the owners who recently opened a Mexican restaurant across the street (which is the one that serves alcohol). Viva Mexico.
