Apart from the noise from a table of loud talkers, the service & the afternoon tea were great!

Cute yet also fancy place. Seemed quite popular! Chose this place over other locations for the reviews and pricing for afternoon tea. Service wasn't as good as it could have been, but that's likely because they seemed understaffed when we were there. Staff were helpful when they were with us. All the little food items we got in the afternoon tea set were quite tasty. Tea was a little weaker than I would like, but it was fine. Would recommend and would go back, though I may try to go at a time when it's less crowded, since I prefer quiet spaces when possible.

Save your money. Very cute shop, if your just looking to pop in and get some cookies. But the food was 2star at best. We had the classic French toast which looked like two pieces of wood. The plate was completely barren. Not an orange slice. Not a raspberry. No icing sugar. Just two circular hunks of bread. Maple syrup and whipped cream were served on the side. For $18. We ordered croissant’s as seen on the menu and were told this location doesn’t do them. My latte came in two parts. One jug of espresso and one jug of warm milk. Service was okay. The girls were nice enough but barely spoke to us other then taking our order and settling up the bill. It’s also very much just a small store front and in no way a full restaurant. Everyone walking around the mall can see you having lunch. Also we had noted it was a birthday when placing the reservation and they didn’t mention it at all.

Lovely High Tea. We enjoyed the whole experience. Thank you.

Wonderful experience. Had the afternoon tea shared between 2 people. The server was helpful in navigating my lactose intolerance and helped me understand what foods were a good option for me.

it was a good experienced especially we had received an excellent service with the staff. Excellent service always make the experience worth.

The afternoon tea was fun. I would suggest to get tea instead of hot chocolate as it just helps end the meal on a light note.

We went for the afternoon tea and had an “ok” experience. Good was fine and I liked the macarons assortment, however service was not up to the place. The server was rude in some occasions, like pushing us to order food right away. When placing the food in the table, they were basically just abruptly put in front of us. Not a pleasant experience! I wouldn’t come back!

I love these macarons and the wonderful service I receive whenever I place an order! You can do no wrong to order them to treat yourself or gift a loved one! Truly a little bit of Paris in your mouth. They have several flavors to choose from and each has its own unique charm.

I've been a Laduree fan for many many years and have been ordering from the Toronto branch ever since they opened up in the city. I love Laduree for their flavours, quality, and service. I've also been ordering sets of 24 for delivery out of GTA and they've always arrived in perfect condition. but I want to highlight the stark difference between Laduree macarons and other macarons in the market that I've noticed recently.a week ago, I forgot that I had another box of macarons I hadn't eaten in the fridge that I was supposed to finish already (due to freshness). I don't often leave them uneaten for more than a week, but I was more preoccupied than usual and I had just gotten to them. when I say I was surprised by the freshness/quality of the macarons is an understatement. the taste was still the same. the softness, the crunch, the texture... though not exactly the same as first day batches, still wowed me. other macarons I've had (from other businesses) after a few days were not as soft and delicious as Laduree macarons and I think this is a testament of why I'm still a fan until today.safe to say that I'll be ordering again next month. and the next.my favourites are rose, birthday cake (might have been seasonal/limited edition), and marie antoinette.
