My son ordered a cake for me. The chocolate cake from La Rocca Cakes was very sweet so we just ate a slice and threw away the rest of it. I would probably not order their cakes again because they are sugar loaded.

Delicious cakes and kind staff! The associate who helped me was wonderful, really went out of his way to help me find exactly what I needed (with two celebrations for different people on the same day, I didn’t know what to grab). We settled on four of the mini cakes, which my friends LOVED! They said it was a fantastic idea, and were excited to try them all. Thank you to the associate for his great recommendations and A+ service. The strawberry macaron (large mini cake sized one) was absolutely divine, and was the favorite of us all. We really enjoyed taking spoonfuls of each flavor and ranking them. It’s a great idea for a small get-together or birthday with a few friends. Grab some small cakes and do a tasting together! The photo I took (with terrible lighting) doesn’t do justice to how pretty these cakes were!

I usually buy the mass produced la rocca cakes from the grocery store but decided to try a specialty version from here. I got the mango coconut cheesecake. It was very disappointing. Firstly, the mango was quite sour so it did not taste good. Secondly, the texture was not cheesecake-like. It was way too runny, like a pudding. To hold it up, they made the crust very thick, especially around the edges. Not a pleasant cake. I do like this brand, but I think I will stick to the supermarket versions instead.

Delicious! Super moist and right amount of sweetness. It was rich, but didn't feel heavy. The buttercream was light and had so much of the Irish cream flavor! I wish this cake came in a smaller size ?. This location brought the cake in from another location since they had run out - I thought that was really great customer service. So glad I tried it out, would definitely recommend.

We had a last minute change in our plans for Christmas dinner and were looking for dessert. I was fortunate enough to arrive 15 minutes before close time. The mini cakes are amazing, not only they look great, they were delicious. I will definitely be coming back.

They have the best mini cakes in Toronto. I hope they add more of their mini deserts to ubereats. Right now they only have the orange cheesecake. It would be wonderful if they add more mini cakes to select from.

The cakes that, La Rocca, makes are incredible, I am a big fan, as you soon will read. I have tried maaaany of their cakes. My favorite is the Caramel Crunch, it's is composed layers of crunchy yet chewy and nutty meringue, along with layers of creamy, delicious caramel and a heavenly cream. The contrast of textures, also, makes it interesting to eat, a must try for sure. If you're more of a "mousse" person the, "Truffle Royal" is what you should try. Layers, of dark, milk and white chocolate mouse over a thin layer of chocolate sponge, heavenly. If chocolate and nuts is more your speed, then give the "Nut Buster", a try. A tall cake composed of layers of chocolate cake and chocolate frosting and then covered in nuts. But, not just the cheaper nuts, it is covered in cashews, pecans, almonds and hazelnuts, it's impressive and delicious. I could go on and on, they are that good! Lastly the customer service is top notch at this location and the way they pack your cake is beautiful. I love this place and will be back , again!

My wife came in to pick up a TooGoodToGo order here over the weekend and had a off putting experience.Let me start by saying we love LaRocca desserts. We have been purchasing LaRocca cakes and treats for years and even supporting this specific location during the pandemic. This was her first time using the TooGoodToGo app and was excited to see that this LaRocca had listed a discounted box of assorted cupcakes and baked goods. The food was supposed to be packaged and ready to go on her arrival. When she arrived she was greeted by a friendly cashier who handed her the box of treats without a bag. My wife said when she asked for a bag the cashier was instructed not to give her a clean new bag but instead to use a used and ripped bag instead. The lady in charge went on to say that all TooGoodToGo orders should be presented to the specific customers in this style, instead of the regular bags.We understand that the treats she purchased that day were discounted but this experience made my wife feel like a second class customer and frankly very uncomfortable. We will no longer be supporting this location and urge the management to reflect on how they treat their customers.

What a great birthday cake I chose, everyone loved it. Really good customer service by Arya I believe was his name, thank you!

I gotta say that I loved my experience from coming into the store to looking at the pastries, all the way to checking out. I got a total package of 6 macaroons and it was a great little treats for my husband and I to try out. It was a great pick me up for him, especially after work. All the flavours were amazing for sure. A little pricey but it was worth every bite, especially for flavours I haven't seen at other bakeries .
