Lovely staff, the food is delicious and very much on the affordable side. The service is a bit too slow but the wait is definitely worth it. Totally coming back here, definitely recommend this place to any who loves Latin food.
Very, clean, nice music playing to get you in the mexican mood, staff is very friendly, service is fast. All food is freshly prepared..The papusa is authentic and best i have had, in Toronto.Highly recommend it.
This place was amazing! We ordered pupusas, yuca con chicharrón and ceviche for take out. To drink we had horchata and tamarind juice. Everything was packaged properly and ready in 25 mins. The taste was so authentic and the staff member was very nice. I will be coming back!
Absolutly delicious food. And good service. This is the second time in a week iv come. Even though they have closed 30mins before i got there, they still took my take out order. Now thats great service. And great value for the food they serve
Service is really bad. We asked for pupusas and they were cold and they tasted like they had been cooked the day before. I’m writing this review because I have this same problems the last three times that I went there.
TERRIBLE customer service. A woman later in the evening refused to give the owner/manager's name so I could share my experience directly. Would not recommend.
Really bad service.We went in to make an order for take out, ordered 6 pupusas, 10 tamales and PAID right away. We were told to pick up in an hour because they were very busy.When we came back to pick up our order we were told that the tamales that we had already paid for were sold to somebody else....We had dinner plans for New Year's Eve with specific food requested. There was no sincere apology and no other options offered to us for their own mistake. We even had to ask them for a refund for the tamales. It seems their were more concerned with serving the people that came after us.We enjoy the food at Pupusa Loka, but this time has left a very bad taste.

We’ve been waiting for an hour and counting, and still no food. We ordered a platter only. It’d better taste like heaven for the wait.
I have only ordered the shrimp ceviche from this restaurant but it's so good that I get it once a week! I haven't tried anything else because I don't eat meat but im impressed with this dish. The parking lot sucks. Super busy and huge pot holes but that doesn't take away from how tasty the shrimp is! The staff are always friendly. The restaurant is always busy with customers, it's very popular! My order is always ready in a short time.
