WORST RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. ADVISE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING THERE.I was buying 2 liters of ice cream, and an ice cream cone. They said I can have 4 flavors in a 2 liter jug, and a new flavor for the ice cream cone. This means in total I need to choose 5 flavors for my purchase.I tried 5 flavors shared between my bf and I. So 5 flavors in total between 2 people. Paid for the ice cream. Then I saw another flavor I wanted to try... The Young girl in black pony tail said you can't try more flavors, only one flavor is allow to try per person. According to her , this is a set rule by the OWNER.I have never seen an ice cream shop where you need to choose 5 flavors because you made a large purchase, but you are not allowed to try 2 flavour person. Apparently I already broke the rule of trying 1 flavor/ person.Also looks like most of the ice cream is already melted. They just don't seem to care. If they don't care to that point, then I don't know what kind of bad things they put in the ice cream.

Amazing gelato place, great place to share a treat with a date or loved one. The medium and large sizes let you choose multiple flavors which is great for sharing. Reasonably priced and we had quick service. Great place overall!
Both location's are absolutely perfect. Can NEVER go wrong with old school Italian Gelato!
The Women here are very rude and careless they show no respect towards you because you want a fresher coffee since it had coffee grinds in it and they make fun of you for it. I am the paying customer and should be treated like one otherwise I should take my business elsewhere. If you can’t serve coffee please do not serve it here, it’s a speciality coffee of Italian make and you obviously show no respect and talent towards on how to make and serve it maybe you should be taught to again instead of being rude to customers, all the time…?… please can you do coffee right and treat customers with respect and be polite to them.? Please thank you..!! I find this place really nice at the corner and never tried the other locations. What an amazing Man He is!!!He owns the greatest stores in Toronto!!!!!!

Awful ice cream and very high price.I prefer any gelato place than that paloma place.
Gelato flavours were diverse and unique with obvious best sellers like pistachio.The serving sizes are massive!Lots of space to social distance inside, but no place outside to enjoy the ice cream, so you will have to find somewhere else to sit to enjoy your treat.No credit, only cash or debit which is not ideal but manageable.The entrance is wheelchair accessible.
I heard about this place and that it was a gelato institution. Great selection of different flavours that are not available at other gelaterias.
