I hate donuts, so I've only had ice cream here since it is local. Pretty good. I liked the ice cream and toppings. I did not experience delays or attitude from the staff, as people complain here, but then again, I don't really pay attention to people's attitude. Life is too short. Being from an Eastern European family, I really don't care if people smile or not. Back in the Old Country decent people don't smile without a very special reason. The only ones who smile all the time are frauds and criminals. To conclude - good place for ice cream, though it could be cheaper.

Really disappointed. Quite Expensive. Donuts delivered were stale and hard. Half the box was inedible. Contacted to complain. and was told somebody would call back but nobody did
A few months ago, we received a dozen donuts delivery from our friend from the Downtown location. That was the first time we tried La Diperie donuts, and that was the best donut we ever tasted. We were impressed by the packaging too.Today, I went all the way to the Markham location (drove 30 minutes) to pick up a dozen donuts to deliver to a special person (CEO of a company) and bought half a dozen donuts for us too.I came home and tasted it and the worst donuts I ever had in my life. Yuck! Fricking a week-old donuts and tasted like stale oil. And not enough dipping.I am so disappointed and feel bad about giving it to this special person who helped me a lot.I went to their website to give my feedback, but there was no place to send it. Wow! Arrogant.I honestly thought it was a great brand to gift someone special. So disappointed!I have to say that customer service was good. Friendly and helpful!
Awkward experience.. walked in one evening and it was so quiet you could hear the machines buzzing.The donuts aren’t fresh.. they’re kept in a ziplock bag and look soggy when taken out. The toppings look old. Overall would NOT recommend.

Yes the ice cream was good, but the staff here were enough to ruin the whole thing. Both of the 2 girls there today (Sept 18 2021) were awful and have so much attitude. My girlfriend asked a simple question “Do you have any fruit toppings?” and the tall girl with glasses gives her attitude making her seem like this was a stupid question. Then glasses girl is walking around texting on her phone and we got to deal with the other girl who looks like she hates smiling. Bad bad vibes inside this place and we wanted to get out immediately. One of the worst customer service I’ve ever had.
Overpriced for what it is. Also found a large pistachio shell my ice cream topping. You should sift it and so a quality check before serving.
My milkshake tasted more like milk than ice cream or chocolate. At least they gave me a thin straw by default because it’s so watery. Super disappointed I wasted $6 on it.Ice cream looks very instagrammable though and service was good.
the choco caramel crunch dip was one to try before summer ends.
