La Carnita is one of my favourite spots for Mexican in the city - a lovely nightime vibe and great way to start a Friday/Saturday night! Be prepared for lots of music and crowds - best to make a reservation

The tables at the back are insanely low. Would have stayed longer but my back and legs were so cramped.

Came here to celebrate a birthday and everything was AMAZING. The chips are next level here and you won’t be disappointed. The nachos are not for the faint of heart… be sure to bring friends and an empty belly. Got Mexican street corn (a must if you like spicy) and some of the house margaritas to down our tacos and it made for a wonderful, delicious night!!!
