Very convenience location, friendly staff, and delicious donut always !
Sometimes there's a long line, sometimes there isn't. Worth it everytime!Just adding on to my review a year later. Still love this place! Lines aren't as crazy as pandemic peak times but still worth it everytime :)
Very friendly staff selling a large variety of extremely unhealthy but totally addictive donuts! Perfect for a treat, and their dozen for 12 bucks is truly a great value. I also love that there is quite a bit of choices here. Just don't come too late cause they sometimes run out of certain stock!

Was surprised with all the gourmet varieties of doughnuts including New York cheese cake among others. Bought a dozen for less than $1 each. Amazing, and they got ours hot off the rack. They were delicious. Staff was fast, checkout was fast. No line up!

No offense Tim’s lovers but Krispy Kreme is simply the best; also when a dozen is only $1 more than a half dozen you gotta go for it.*Beer not included with donut order obviously, but also pairs great with it so I recommend that too
Very fast service and friendly. The donuts here are always fresh. Quite happy and we'll go back next time I'm at princess Margaret hospital. The only downside if you are paying at the counter is that there POS terminal is quite slow for transactions.The filling in the Boston cream donuts is way better than anything at somewhere like Tim Hortons.
The customer service is way beyond what I had expected. This gentleman was super friendly and made sure the stuff I bought was satisfactory. I applaud him staying late at night working at minimum wage in an unsafe neighborhood, corner of Kensington market and spadina
Came here twice and both times we got good donuts. Always been a fan of their original glazed. The only thing is they don't make it here. So you don't see the cool robots in action. Neither are their donuts warm. So we always bring them back home and nuke them for 10 seconds and enjoy them. They melt in your mouth when they're tad bit warm. Given its the closest to our home, this is the location we will frequent.
