This was an excellent experience! From the food and drinks to the hostess, to our excellent waiter, all of their support team (water, clearing the tables, etc.) - it was first rate service. Including the hot towel they brought us so we could freshen up our hands before dinner. We started with cocktails - a delicious Shiso Lemonade with a well balanced tartness. The miso soup followed. Then a few lovely grilled skewers (kushiyaki) - pineapple, pork belly, jumbo tiger shrimp. Pork gyozas followed... as did the Bistro Shrimp Tempura with a tasty mayo-based dipping sauce. We asked Pierce to select some nigri, sashimi and 'modern' nigri for us - everything was awesome! Warning though, the Tempura Butterfish is incredibly rich and filling. We were too full to consider dessert - next time!

We had several servers take care of us. They were all polite and courteous. But the main server, Megan, was a little abrasive. Food was delicious and beautifully presented.
