This is the most cheapest kfc i have been to. They only give one ketchup and when i asked for hot sauce the lady said they didnt have any. i asked another employee and he gave me one hot sauce. when i asked why the lady said they didnt have any hot sauce they said their hot sauce was limited and they save it most for ppl who order from skip or uber. They dont care about their actual customers who take the time to buy food in person.
Do not online order. It takes three times as long as just walking in and using the line, and once it's ready, they don't place your food in the ready area, so you have to go through the full line to ask for your food anyways.
Ordered their “famous chicken chicken sandwich” (spicy). Huge mistake. The chicken was basically all brittle, and the little chicken meat that was actually there was so dry we couldn’t even bite into it. This sandwich was not edible. 0/10
The only KFC branch that has suddenly stopped ordering bacon. So their "famous bacon and cheese sandwich" is not available because they don't have bacon. Really? Take it off the menu then.
Classic KFC Food, I Have Some Problems Tho, I Go To KFC With My Friends On Our Lunch Break And Everything Was Good, Until We Ordered, We Got Popcorn Chicken And Some Drinks, We Go Up To Pay And This Lady Cashier Decides To Not Give Us Our Change For A $50 Bill, We Have To Yell At Her To Get Our Change And She Acts Like "I Gave You Your Change", We Show Her Our Wallets And Say We Didn't Get Our $10 Back, She Gets All Mad And Says I Gave Your Change Back, Then She Proceeds To Make Us Wait For 20 WHOLE MINUTES, To Get 4 Small Popcorn Chickens, At This Point We Gotta Get Back To School And She Finally Gives Us Our Food TO BE COLD, But We Had To Leave So We Gave Her A Quick Middle Finger Then Went On With Our Day, Will Be Taking My Friends To Sultan From Now On.
I Don’t recommend this KFC. The crew members need costumer service training asap. This people are rude and disrespectful. I made an ordered of 2 pieces of chicken and then asked for tap water in a cup and the girl in the cash with an attitude denied the water and told me i need to buy bottle of water cause they don’t give free water. I asked if i can speak to the manager to make sure of is real that they don’t give “tap water” and the same girl cash with bad attitude look at me ask me “why” i ask her i want to speak to the manager, her respond was “she’s on her break” and went inside and left me hanging there. Rude people.
I normally don't eat KFC but after eating here it kind of made me want to start eating KFC more often again. Customer service was good, clean environment and the chicken was great. The only thing negative I'd point out is that the cashier kept staring at me which was weird. Overall 4/5.
Worst food experience I've had in awhile. Ordered a 3 piece meal and the only thing that was eatable was the ketchup. Fires were cold, chicken burned to a crisp. Total waste of my money and time.
It's close to my house, so in order to eat warm I pick this location, but many times so poor customer service. Tonight I wait just 2 minutes for the cashier to help m and than they said that they don't have chicken and wait time is 20 minutes, and this happened before, no chicken, seriously you only have chicken. They need customer service training, no one acknowledges customers when you walk in. I'd never come back if is not the closest KFC to my place. Hope management will read and improve quality of the service.
Absolute pathetic service. Ordered food today, got the wrong order though we specified the name for the order and when we went to get ours, the cashier was rude and was blaming us and not ready to accept the mistake. Completely spoiled the experience and hated the food though it was good.
