Amazing food but sometimes very small portions
Worst kfc in Toronto, so Unorganized. employees don’t know what is available & not available. Workers are completely rude, no sense of hospitality or kindness, waited for so long while others came & left. I Waited Patiently, but still got attitude from the manager, she even forgot my 2 fries on purpose, too busy giving attitude instead of telling her coworker where the fries r suppose to go. & the chef touched my burger with no gloves on even after this pandemic that we went thru. I came in for food not to be spoken to disrespectfully by manager for their own problems. The manager even gave me dirty looks, it’s never that serious to project ur frustration on others when that’s ur whole job. If you don’t like it ,quit. I don’t ever want to go back to this location. Worse service ever.
Chicken was fresh juicy seasoned and delicious!!!!!!!!!!!Staff was also friendlyGerard street is normally my plug so I was sceptical but thissss was really good ?
Food was good and server didn't ask me to repeat my order a few times.
Worst KFC in the city. Got a MEGA box of popcorn chicken plus fries. Got less than 6 pieces to popcorn chicken. Chicken sandwich had subpar lettuce on it. Fries were cold.
They don't understand when you ask them a question I asked this lady if they had the $5 fill ups she said yes so I ordered one so I got one and it was over $8 and change I asked her I thought you said it was a $5 fill up she said it is one but it went up in price but she neglected to tell me before I ordered one communication is horrible here
Decided to get a treat - the chicken burgers. They were horrible - my husband said they tasted like cardboard. When various restaurants through the pandemic were promoting their chicken burgers we tried many of them and decided that KFC was at the top of the list. I don't know what changed but we will never be buying another one - ever. So disappointed
Chicken was very fresh as if it hadn't bin seasoned. Staff and customer service also kinda Medicore as I paid for extra piece and she wudnt accommodate to the specific piece I wanted.If u like your chicken with very minimal seasoning then this place is for u. If u expect traditional good kfc cooked chicken I suggest you go elsewhere.
I never miss a Tuesday special and this location was a disappointment.Very greasy chicken, and when I also wanted 10 chicken wings deal told 10 minute wait at lunch hour. Allow the chicken to drain excess and keep inventory ready.Still loving kfcZhivko Mk
If I could 0 stars I would. Food was cold, gravy wasn't great. The cashier Sanpreet was too busy talking to someone else to take our order which I had to repeat because she chose to ignore us and other customers as well. She was definitely miserable and made our experience one to. Won't be back here for sure
