Katsuya has become one of my favorite restaurants! Their service is always so fast and friendly. I always go for the pork loin katsu original. The staff told me you can request to get the carbonara udon not spicy and it was delicious. Their takoyaki is also a must try.

I ordered pork Katsu with cheese and honey butter fries. The size was bigger than I expected. It was a good amount but the meat itself didn’t have much taste like with salt and pepper, so I personally didn’t really like it a lot but still if you like a fan of katsu, you should try it. They have so many different flavor options to choose from. Honey butter was amazing. It’s addictive.

Been wanting to go here for dinner for a while. Recently I managed to come in during a weekday! While the service was mediocre the food was really worth the wait and I would definitely ignore the service for the food here! I tried the white sauce pork katsu with cheese stuffing and it was everything I hoped it would taste like and more! Will surer come back for something new next time!

Delicious indulgence with a great selection of pork, chicken or cheese Katsu with yummy sauces. Recommend to try the original, our table’s favorite was the mayocomb. Portion are big and shareable. Recommend!

Known for the HUGE selection of katsu sauces (original, sweet chilli, spicy onion, honey comb, garlic chilli, hot spicy, carbonara chilli…etc)!Definitely come here if you want to experience a twist to the original Japanese tonkatsu! ?For first-timers: I recommend the sweet chili sauce with cheese katsu!Must get appetizer: cheese crabmeat croquette ?As of now for dine in: unlimited free refills for side dish, udon soup, cabbage, one free refill for rice

10%off in cash. Much preferred Japanese Pork Loin Tonkatsu $16.78 after tax than Original Chicken Katsu with extra sause$18.3. The presentation is good, would be great if they chose to use a more environmentally friendly package.20min wait for a takeout when the diner was only half-full on weekdays around 6pm. The portion of them both met my expectations but can be better, the sides of both cutlets were a bit thin which made them kinda dry.The soup was plain, even though you could think of it was free — still, tasteless when eaten and a pity to throw away.

great food as always! refill of rice and salad always a nice bonus so you know you will be full with the portions here. just note the prices have raised since the pandemic to match with inflation.another note: you have to be in the waiting area to be seated which was not communicated to us (we put our phone number on the list and left as she said they would call us once a seat opens and we have to be there in 5 mins. since she said the wait would take 20-30 minutes, we left as the waiting area is small, already full of people waiting, and we would not be socially distanced. when we came back after 10 minutes, the area was still full so we left again. we come back in 30 mins after not receiving any phone call and realize another group was seated before us. only then does the waitress let us know we have to physically be there to be seated though that was not what was communicated to us in the beginning.) we were also not given utensils when we were seated like other tables, hope the staff there would be more attentive next time.

Every katsu comes with miso soup which is a plus, the portion is good enough for a person however prices are a bit on the higher side. Every dish concept is almost same. You get three options, fish - chicken or pork loin. We tried fish and pork. Didn’t liked the fish katsu. Recommended for takeout.

The food is delicious, and the portions are much bigger than you'd expect. The main idea behind the dishes are all the same, but they do come in a variety of tasty sauces. I've tried several varieties and love them all. If you order take out, the food is packed nicely and arrives still very hot, and crispy (nor soggy). My only issue is with the dine in experience. We had different waiters try to take our order, even after we place an order, and different waiters try to cash us out. Otherwise, this is a great restaurant.
