$15 is a lot for only two kabobs on a bed of rice. About half a dozen people were ahead of me but I waited 30+ minutes, normally 20, even for one shawarma. Food is good but not on the level of Darna or Nile River Lounge. Perhaps they could scrap the over-the-top chandeliers and massive glass waterfall displays and invest in the quality of food and service.

By far the best afghani restaurant in town. Rice, kababs, naan, salad everything is delicious ? ?. The shawarma is prepared in subway style, that is you get to choose your ingredients. They have some very yummy sauces that make food even more scrumptious to eat. And on top of that a very spatious and decent ? ambience make it a perfect family ? dine in restaurant. 100% recommended!!!

After seeing thousand plus reviews and trying out multiple afghan /Iran/ lebanes restaurant I tried this restaurant .I tried chicken shawarma and sardari kebab dinnerPositives - the portion size for the shawarma is really good they give large meat portion. (Do read the cons) .Sardari dinner kebab comes with two types of kebab both tasted good.Diners and kebabs are good to try and they make it freshShawarma bread is fresh in front of you the quality of the flour is not that good but okCons - the meat is not that fresh. You can tell it easily.I really want to mention one thing do not take their shawarma if they do not slice out the meat fresh from the meat cones.Do ask for it. Else they give you from the bottom oven shelf and it just tastes very bad as it is not fresh at all.

Ordered a chicken and beef shawarma for delivery. Extremely disappointing food. Both chicken and beef were completely tasteless. Only had the option to add ONE sauce to the wrap - hot sauce.

Halal Tasty food and good staff

Ordered 2 beef shwarmas and a mango lassi. My girlfriend noticed a piece of something when she drank her mango lassi. She spit it into the cup thinking it was a part of the mango pit or something. It was not.. it was a full fledged fly that she was moving around in her mouth thinking it was a pit ?The sad part is I bought it for her to have her try mango lassi for the first time. Thanks Kandahar Kabab for making it a disgustingly chilling experience.

We been there few times already. We love their food. Usually we get a table without waiting on weekends. Various items. You can pick and choose. You can take fries instead of rice. They give a lot of food for that price. Yummy kebabs, rice and bread. Freshly made. Their salt lassi is very good. Mango lassi is also available. The red sauce they give is really good if you like spicy sauce. Nice ambiance. Friendly staff. Bottle water can be bought. Parking lot is available.

Where shall I start from? This was my first time dining here and what an experience it was! The food was spectacular, it’s was so delicious that I over ate? Mihir your hands have magic, I wish I could thank you enough! Neha and Tanisha thank you for helping us make a decision on what to get after listening to our preferences. You guys are great and super cute!?

We were hosted here in Kandahar Kabab. Our hosts were not wrong. We had excellent chicken and beef kabob combos. Our hosts had fish - we should try that one next time. Service was very good with polite and attentive staff. The place was quite clean. There were lots of parking spaces available. And, being part of the East York Town Centre, we had opportunities to run errands after an excellent meal.

The food was fine, but it took 26 minutes to be ready. The restaurant was dirty, it really needs cleaning, as you see used tissues could be seen in all corners, they didn't clean the tables often.
