We walked in hungry. We walked out Happy.Best fried chicken in midtown. Jr. got to try their signature spaghetti and washed it down with refreshing pineapple juice.Win win :)
Finally tried the Jollibee here in Canada and ordered the sweet spaghetti, palabok and burger steak. I love that it has more sauce than the ones I've tried in the Philippines. Cravings satisfied indeed! ?
Honestly for a fast food restaurant I adored my experience here. First time ever at a Jolibee.The burger and fries were executed perfectly. I had the spicy chicken sandwich combo with pineapple juice on the side. I could tell that the frying oil used was THE FRESHEST oil I've had food cooked in at ANY fast food restaurant I've been to. I would've asked for more hot sauce on my chicken burger if I knew how much there would be on it. The fries are a little basic seasoning wise however they are cooked perfectly in fresh as ever oil. The pineapple juice tasted fresh and I didn't regret the extra 50 cents for the upgrade.The bathroom, kitchen and the dining room were spotless and smelled clean. The staff were very friendly. Greeted with a smile upon entry and exit. Was even asked if my food was okay halfway through the meal which is unheard of for fast food.Would absolutely recommend! $23.71 after taxes for 2 chicken combo meals.
I first tried Jollibee in the Philippines about 10 years ago... happy to report that it was the same as I remembered. I prefer the chicken to other fast food fried chicken options, it's tasty and wonderfully crispy.The staff here is incredibly friendly, and always seem to be having a good time! They're also pretty tolerant and playful about my terrible attempts to remember tagalog from a decade ago, so the experience always lifts my spirits. ?
Food hazard!A simple order of mine along with 3 other customers took over 20 mins more than what communicated through the cashier.I understand delays can happen, however when there’s no manager for a good 25 mins and once he comes on the floor, he doesn’t washes his hands and starts by the kitchen, that is just wrong, untrained and unprofessional in food industry.
Absolutely LOVELY staff, (Ang bait!) been here a few times and the food has been consistently good, hot and the pineapple juice is amazing! So far I've tried:the jolly original chicken combo,jolly spaghetti and the Aloha burger along with the dessert pies.The jackfruit plantain one tastes similar to torrone, with the ingredients diced together.Chicken sandwich is a nice big piece of fried chicken, and the Aloha burger is delicious- it is very thick.The spaghetti sauce reminds me of the way nanay makes at home.As far as fast food goes, it was all very good. Just be prepared for longish waits during peak times.
I bought a chicken burger and it was barely warm. Considering it's negative 12 outside I would have preferred hot food. Then I saw a homeless man outside and I asked if he wanted a burger. He said yes, so I went back to the store to buy him one...the store manager kicked me out for not having a mask....I forgot it in the car, but the staff has mask issue too... i wont say wha they were doing to prevent abyone from getting fired...BUT i returned with my mask and shared my cold burger story and that inwas buying for a homeless person.. i asked them to give him a burger or something.They did nothing...they wouldnt even add fries... I'm never going back and you shouldn't support a company like this either....

Great fried chicken. It's crispy, spicy (if you ask for it instead of mild), and salty goodness. Their buckets come with gravy which makes so much sense. I like their palabok more than the spaghetti. Pies are great. Crispy on the outside, hot and gooey on the inside.
We went to Jollibee to try a chicken sandwich. We faced with a wonderful customer service, people there is very friendly. Place is small to have food inside but it’s good. Food is great, chicken taste good. Chicken sandwich is pretty good. If you want a get fried chicken this is a good place.
