Long line up from nearly the entrance to the counter during dinner time on a week day but line up goes fast. There is a separate waiting area for food orders. Prices are higher than other fried chicken fast food places with meals generally being at least $10. If you’re a Filipino and you miss the food at home, then it’s very authentic in taste but much more expensive than buying it in the Philippines. Very crispy fried chicken and then even have the sweet spaghetti with sausage. Mango peach and langka pies also available to order for dessert.There is a mechanical lift in store for those in wheelchairs.
Sorry I need to change my review after my order tonight and gave the 1 star instead of 5 star before... I ordered 6 pieces of chicken, half spicy half normal , all of them were legs.. no thighs or chest .completely just bones and fat skins.. and also they added sugar on spicy one spice which I throw them all on garbage..also no crunchy and fresh as befor so.... it was my last order to them ,,, very bad , very disappointingPS. The food is good and the service was friendly, but it was very hard to maneuver in the restaurant with a stroller, it was almost impossible because of the stairs and the line separator
This place has the best fried chicken hands down. This Jollibee is located in the heart of downtown and is convenient when looking for a place to eat. We got the crispy chicken sandwich with fries and a pineapple drink. The crispy sandwich was super tasty with lots of flavour and definitely a go-to crispy sandwich for me. We also got a two piece chicken with a side of fries and a pineapple drink. The chicken is offered as a spicy or regular flavour. My favourite is the spicy flavour as it gives an extra kick to the chicken and amplifies its taste. The chicken also came with delicious gravy. This location has a lot of space and is open to people dining in. The staff are very friendly here - they were very accommodation from the time we walked in. The service was super fast and the place had a very clean environment as well. I would highly suggest everyone to try this place out as I can confidently say it’s one of the best places to get fried chicken. Also, heard their peach mango dessert is a must try and will be something I will be purchasing next time. I am definitely coming back to try some of the other items on the menu.
The manager and crew members were all friendly and nice. The weather was cold on 05/18/22, but their reception to us was very warm and accommodating. Thank you so much for the warm welcome and for the delicious food. ??
I would leave zero stars if I could in this restaurant. The food is mediocre for the price and good customer service is non-existent. I have visited this place twice just to give them a chance but both times I can confirm that the food here are CONSISTENTLY BAD!The dishes here are so terrible, everything that I ordered here is either excessively sweet or plain bland and uninteresting. It seems Jollibee Canada doesn’t even adjust and cater to the palette of non-Filipinos or people who are not into sweet flavors and spices.I ordered the Spicy Crispy Fried Chicken and it’s so greasy, oily and the breading tasted sweet. It doesn’t have the taste and texture that you normally get in a fried chicken.Palabok - pretty small portion and the price is not worth it. There is limited sauce and again tasted sweet. The noodles are overcooked, tasted gummy and clumping together.The Peach Mango Pie was pretty average and the combination of the peach and mango filling didn’t work for me albeit it was rather bland. Nothing special about this dessert.Food also takes a long time even though it wasn’t busy. And just like what other reviewers mentioned, poor customer service seems to be a predominant thing here. Service crew members here are indifferent and will rush you in ordering so they can talk and mingle back with other crew members. They also act smug and superior as in the case of one guy who berated us for standing in line in the delivery pickup instead of the walk-in.Seriously I wouldn’t even recommend this place and for sure will not be returning back.

I ordered bucket of chicken since ill have my booster shot tomorrow and i dont know if ill have side effects. So i ordered the 10pcs bucket meal with spaghetti and peach mango. The chicken was not fresh. It looks rotten and refried a lot of times. How would you eat that? $65 for rotten refried black chicken? So disappointed.
