The food was delicious and the service was impeccable as usual. Itâs been awhile since Iâve dine in at Jabistro and it did not disappoint.

Brief intro on dishes; b. fulfill the special needs of the dessert as a celebration for Chinese Valentines Day)2.Food: 4 starWagyu foie gras - Impressive (highly recommended for beef lover); dessert(matcha chocolate lava) - impressive for matcha and chocolate lovers.Wagyu oshizushi, butterfish, lobster miso soup-not bad: Wagyu is not fat and hot enough ( a little hard to chew). On the other hand, the 2piece/$30 wagyu foie gras is way much better (can tell the higher quality wagyu). Butterfish is not fat enough and doesn’t have a delicate flavour as my previous experience with this ingredient (probably too much wasabi masked the fish flavour); Soup is too salty and lobster is small (smaller than little finger) and not that fresh. -Not recommended.Others signature dishes (salmon, scallop, shrimp oshizushi and Jabistroroll -recommended)are above average and consistent with the restaurant’s standard in recent years.Didn’t order sashimi for dinner today and won’t comment on that.This is my 3rd dine-in experience with Jabistro and I’ve ordered take-outs 3 times during lockdowns. There might be some dishes not my taste but overall experience is quite good. I would love to dine-in/take out again.
Quality at a very high level, very tasty food, I enjoyed the sushi very much. The price is a bit high, but it's worth the quality, if there was a higher selection on the menu (unfortunately, a very small menu) and $2 less per dish, I would easily give 5 stars, I couldn't ignore the fact that I ate sushi of the same quality at a slightly lower price in restaurants in the city, this is a well-known fact, But no matter the price, the menu, the place does justify 4 stars and at least one more visit. If they even add more dishes to the menu I will come back much more

Great place for sashimi and torched-pressed sushi. The flavors are great and unique. Definitely, our go to sushi place when we are in town. Can't wait to come back!
