I had the Lima bowl and carrot soup. It was phenomenal! I wish I knew what's in the dressings. I only tried the red spicy one and it was quite good. Good food and good service.
Could have given it a 5, and I had fun working here, but management and team leadership atmosphere especially from general manager to promote the right people for leadership position needed work. Spent a year or two working here but at times felt I wasted my time and effort there to the point they switched me for a serious bribe. Hope they improve in the future despite COVID-19 and really take constructive feedbacks from everyone.But with quality of food, it is definitely great and filling. Can be pricey for people.

Paid 15 dollars plus tax for what amounted to a small side salad. Decent quality ingredients , ok flavour. Nothing special and certainly not worth its weight in gold as the price/food weight ratio implies
Truthfully I planned to go to Kid Lee for dinner but it was closed. The universe directed me here and what a great thing that was! I loved the freshness and unique flavors of my bowl. There was a lemon flavoured sauce which was really the highlight of the meal. The biggest problem you'll have is deciding which delicious item to order from the menu!
It's a hair expensive, but the quality of the food and personalized service more than makes up for it. If you are looking for a tasty place in the downtown core to eat something healthy, tasty and nutritious, iQ is awesome!
