I genuinely love IQ and get it all the time however last week I had a pretty big surprise when I opened my bowl. There was a giant LIVE moth that crawled out of it; I was completely startled and it ruined my lunch. Ended up ordering Impact Kitchen and eating it at 2pm. I called the restaurant to give them a heads up in case they need to check their produce. Guy on the phone was super nice and said the manager will be in touch with me by tomorrow. No one has reached out to me at all and it’s been over a week. I wish I could share a video of the moth moving around to show you how gross it was.
Super nice staff and you can tell these ingredients are high quality/made fresh. Absolutely love the Lima ( no beans add cucumber) and the Chia Pudding!I'd come by everyday if I could

The food is healthy and delicious, Scotty was a very gracious host who helped me navigate the menu as a first timer. I had the miso miso bowl with salmon, it was absolutely delicious, I topped it off with a cappuccino and a dark chocolate cookie. lin helped me choose the smoothie on my way out. A return trip is definitely in the cards
