We pick up food from this Impact Kitchen location often enough and the food has always been very good. Highly-recommended if you're looking for a healthy restaurant in the Summerhill/Rosedale area,

I got a Warrior Bowl, the ingredients were super fresh and it tasted so good!! I had the pleasure of being served by the girl with pink hair. she made my dining experience unforgettable. Great chats!!
Healthy and quiet cafe. Had the super food benny with cappachino. Sat in the window and watched people walk up and down Young. Cozy location with 2 floors. A bit pricey but soft atmosphere. Wide selection of milks and creams. Oat milk clumped in coffee.
Great early morning service and healthy, but tasty, food! Can always rely on the team here for my Power Breakfast. Lovely customer service from Elise and her team!!
Great food, very kind staff the only critic I can give is bad coffee ( cheap blend ).they have $20k la marzocco espresso machine that can do magic if you put the right coffee inside and they're using a blend from the pilot which is good for combining with milk but not getting an Americano or espresso from it.

I felt the need to leave this feedback. There was 4 staff behind the bar working, all of them attending to one customer (wrong location) so I waited, waited and finally flag gestured I was ready to order. Placed an order for breakfast and a Latte and sat down at the patio. Latte came (tasted good), 5 minutes passed...no meal, 10 minutes, 15 minutes, 20 minutes so I walk through the empty restaurant and they 3 of them at the bar, 3 in the kitchen talking and ask about my meal....mass confusion. Then to be told the printer was not working. Really! it took 30 minutes to realize that? Got a refund and left.
Great food, but if you work for them as part time dishwasher they will abuse you and forget about training you correctly. Honestly liked this place cause the free food but it all changed when they kept telling me to be faster, i also didnt get to take breaks because if i did take ome i would close late and they would also take my head off about that. So i had to not take any breaks to be on time. they said i was too slow. Mind you i had been closing on time for majority of my time working for these clowns, also kept asking me if i had been vaccinated when that is private info im not comfortable with sharing. Honestly this place is a joke i do not recomend this for anybody tryna succeed in a kitchen. I talked with alot of the cooks in the kitchen at impact and they also agree. Not going to say names.. iv said my part hope you understand and fix up.
