The food and drinks were incredible! Also, Christian was the best server. We will be back the next time we swing through Toronto!
Food was outstanding but the paper napkins and no tablecloths was lackluster. It was the first night of our vacation and I think the ambience needs an upgrade. Service was great, so I feel a little bad in complaining.

I went to celebrate my birthday at Il Covo as it has been one of my favourite restaurants in 2022. Iâve brought clients, family and friends in several occasions, however I think Iâm never coming back again. I understand there was a festival on College, but first it took a while for us to be seated, the drinks took forever and the food did as well. The delay one can understand given the circumstances but sadly the quality of the food was compromised too, I know the menu and have had food here before and it wasnât as good as it usually is. Our server was very nice but the host and other staff were frantically running around the place, rushing from table to table and making a very stressful environment. Iâm not coming back.
Absolutely loved the food. Ordered the focaccia, artichoke hearts, ravioli, and lasagne. Everything was amazing.
All of the staff was so friendly and amazing to talk to throughout the night. The cocktails were amazing and they recommended a great wine for my boyfriend and I! The food was spectacular and I will definitely recommend Il Covo to my friends and family :)
