I was craving for some good Ramen when i found out about this place. Tried their Signature Tonkatsu Ramen and it was absolutely delicious. The broth is one of the best I have had so far in Toronto, didn't need anything to be added and was amazing just as is served.Portions are great for 1 person meal at a time, very fast and friendly service. Pretty inexpensive as well and freshly made.Definitely satiated all my craving and left me wanting more frequent visits :) Highly highly recommended.

Quite possibly the best ramen I have had in Toronto! Friendly staff and fast service as well! One thing though, there are two levels of saltiness you can choose from, I chose the full flavour (normal) this time and it’s really good, but some might find it just a bit too salty.

Definitely some of the best takoyaki I’ve had in Toronto! Ordered the Tonkotsu with light salt and although the broth was nice, turns out I would have preferred it a tad saltier. Fortunately you can self-serve by adding some savoury Ramen Sauce! You can also top off your dish with a number of other complimentary condiments such as ginger and ground sesame seeds. I recommend the Takana! I personally prefer chewier ramen noodles but the overall dish is still delicious and the service is top notch.

Had the pleasure to dine at Ikkousha Ramen Tonkotsu that specializes in Hakata style ramen which focuses on deep rich flavors and creamy broths. Upon entering we were seated and greeted by friendly staff members. First time here so they explained how the ordering process works. I ordered the God Fire Ramen Spice Lvl 3 / Karaage / Gyoza. All my food items arrived under 10 mins. Karaage was flavorful and juicy didn't really need to use the seasoning. Gyoza was on the smaller size but filling was flavorful as well. What I came for was the ramen, the broth was rich, creamy and packing with pork flavor. Thin noodles that grabbed onto the broth and cooked exactly to my liking. All the other toppings like the chashu, black fungus, seasoned egg were great as well. Spent $45 including tip. A great experience overall and living 40 mins away, I would definitely come again. Also Ikkousha Tori Ramen (Chicken) right next door.

The fried chicken/Karage was excellent! They let you order lots of add ons — get the egg as it doesn’t come standard. You can also order extra noodles and let them know when you want it brought out. So you can perfectly time a noodle top up to help you finish the remaining ramen soup. The service was excellent. If you go during rush hour, expect a bit of a wait. It’s worth it though!

I stopped here on my way back to my hotel. The restaurant is brightly lit, it was warm and the seats are nice and sturdy. The servers were friendly and patient as I tried to decide what I wanted to order. My take out was ready in about 10 minutes. When I got back to my hotel, the food was still warm. They did not skimp on the broth nor the noodles. The flavor was something I haven't tasted in other ramen places which is a good thing! I'll definitely come back here when I visit Toronto again.

I have tried a few ramen shops in toronto and I never liked them, i assumed i didn’t like ramen but i was still willing to try the perfect bowl for me. since i’m really picky with food and i really like spicy food. I got level 4 god fire. It’s spicy but durable don’t get it if you aren’t familiar with spice. the broth was immaculate and noodles are good too but there’s better ones out there BUT i found the one?. My significant other got the black tonkotsu and he really liked it! it’s up there. the bad part was… we ordered the fried chicken but it was a little pink, so we asked one lady if we can get another plate and she said it was suppose to be like that. we trusted her, when we got home my bfs stomach was feeling so unwell! I feel like this could’ve been easily avoided if the employee listened to us. I would still come back but they definitely need to work on customer service in general

This place is always packed every time I come here and that definitely tells you that this place is good! This restaurant serves good tonkotsu ramen.. while the sister restaurant a few stores down serves the chicken ramen which I have yet to try. The staff are friendly and service is quick and efficient. I've ordered the Signature Tonkotsu and the God Fire which were both amazing. The broth has a rich pork flavour and just super flavourful. I did prefer the Signature Tonkotsu only because the God Fire was super spicy even at mild spice (still sooo good). I also like that you can choose the hardness of the noodles (I prefer hard) and the saltiness of the broth. I ordered with premium toppings both times which includes seaweed, pork, and seasoned egg. The pork is so good, just the perfect balance of lean and fat. I also had a taste of the Black Tonkotsu and was also really good. It has a different flavour profile and good in its own way. Overall, I do enjoy the ramen here, as well as the gyoza, karaage and complimentary condiments. When someone asks me for ramen recommendations, I'll point them to Ikkousha's way.

Easily can get busy here as it's not a huge place. Ramen broth was rich and not crazy salty - my boyfriend and I went with the signature Tonkotsu with normal noodle texture and saltiness. The meat is a bit different than your usual ramen meat, it's thin sliced and not overpowering in flavor when you eat with your ramen. You can order extra condiments on the side to add more flavor to your noodles as you like. The one thing they do is that every person signs on the sheet to order their noodles - I find that it's wasting a lot of paper instead of adding the quantity especially when I was ordering the same thing with my boyfriend besides the beer for him. Just be careful with your bill since I was billed for another ramen than I ordered. Otherwise, I was happy with the service and the quality and quantity served here (not too little or too much). I will definitely be back again! There's no parking besides having to either look for a parking lot or street park. You can easily get here by ttc and walk here as well.

We are currently travelling across Canada and can honestly say this meal has been a highlight. Such good quality ramen, with a limited wait and great efficient ordering method. But what’s more is that the staff absolutely matched how incredible the food was. The best ramen I have ever tried, and brilliant service. Thank you.
