Best value for the generous amount they give! I got the Vanilla Nut in a cup and it was really yummy and unique. It had a nice coconut undertone. The brightness of the taste in contrast with the blackness of the look gives it even more depth. I really enjoyed all 3 flavours especially the ube. They were really rich and I find it to be more on the sweeter side. Consistency is nice and smooth. Wouldn't say it's creamy but rather icy. For $6, I'd say getting a cup is much more worth it than getting a cone.
Had a very less-than-pleasant experience there, but reached out to them on Instagram, and Charlotte helped make it right. I'm confident that the bad experience was a one-off, and am excited to go back. The ice cream is delicious!
Worst customer service I've ever seen in Bloor West Village. Not even looking at my face when I enter the shop. When I wanted to understand what was in the ice creams, I got the answer "I don't know". The most important thing for me is that I was met with an unbelievable response such as "no one has ever asked such a question". To this day, no one has ever wondered what is in such a variety of colorful ice cream. I got the same answer when I asked if there was a guide showing the contents. Ice cream was good, but I don't think I want to experience this tense atmosphere again. Never! ??
This place was simply amazing! Customer service was super. We had the sweetest person helping us and helping us pick out flavours. I strongly recommend the Ube and Charcoal.
So good.Wished I had tried it sooner. The taste is sweet, but subtle. iHalo Krunch is quickly becoming one of my favourite new ice cream stores that I urge others to try.While I love my trips outside of the downtown core, I hope to see more of them open new locations closer to home in the future.

Rapidly expanding ice cream selections in High Park. I won’t spoil the surprises. Some extremely unique and mucho flavour combinations on a CONE. Park behind this place if patio is occupied.
A very nice place with interesting icecream…Really enjoyed this ice cream! Every flavour was so distinct, but my favourite would have to be the Ube. The bubble tea with ice cream is also good and a unique concept, but I didn’t like the tapioca but definitely go for that also …
