The service is horrible. The servers are not friendly at all, and very rude. Their washroom is in an awkward place and I couldn’t find it. When I asked a second time, the girl basically repeated the exact same vague instructions, just in a firmer more annoyed tone ? I asked for a kids menu for my son, and the server said we don’t have a physical one, I’ll just tell you what we have. So why not create and print a menu with details and prices? The kids meals also don’t come with a drink and it was $4 for an apple juice which was way too much juice for a 5 year old. My son got a cheeseburger and he hated it. He ended up taking out the patty because he said it was gross, and ate the bun with cheese, mayo and ketchup. They also initially forgot the cheese, it was literally just a patty and bun. My son told the waitress he wanted ketchup, mayo and pickles (lol) on his burger, he got nothing. Just some packets of ketchup /mustard /relish on the side. When I told the server that the cheese was missing and he didn’t get his mayo, she didn’t apologize and she seemed annoyed: there are also no Salt and pepper shakers on the table. The music is ridiculously loud to the point my 5 year old was covering his ears. The only reason we came here was because we wanted a quick bite after Ripleys and before our long drive back to Brampton. I had the Greek chicken salad and it was good. The restaurant is in a great location, but it needs to hire some new servers and give the place a good clean up.

Came here with a couple friends before a Leaf's game. Tables were filling up quickly, as it is quite the popular spot pre and post games, but we were lucky enough to snag a few seats along the bar. Carly, the bar manager, was quick to greet us and got the drinks flowing immediately. She was friendly and helped us get pumped up for the game.Drinks were cold, food was hot. We split the chicken quesadilla and Thai Chicken Bites - would suggest!I would highly recommend Hoops for anyone wanting a fun time before a game!

Good food , The place to watch raptors game. Best service i had in a while . Thank you Eram !!

Tried this place out before the Leafs game. So unorganized! Huge line up out side. By the time we got in there were lots of tables open just no one cleaning or seating anyone fast enough. Ordered the jalapeños poppers and the calamari. Poppers and I guess we’re not that bad but the calamari was so bad! Super think and chewy! Like you had to struggle to chew it up. Brutal! I will say and this is the reason I gave 2 stars is that the waitress was a doll and noticed we weren’t eating it and asked what was up. We explained it was terrible and she took it back. We then ordered the spicy chicken nachos, they were not spicy, had barely any chicken on them and a small amount of cheese. I even asked for extra cheese! Tricolour nachos it stated, Um no just stale one colour nachos. How hard is it to make nachos? Really? This place is small and so crammed! They don’t take reservations like any other place around the arena! Clearly this is there way of getting business! I was there with a customer as I take many clients out. Very embarrassing to say the least! This was by far the worst place I’ve been in a long time. Who ever the manager here is needs to get a grip! Terrible experience!

Great staff! Carly served us, she was great and had an awesome personality. She handled stress well and didn’t rush us out. Everybody is so welcoming and friendly. Such a passionate group. One of the best experiences I had in Toronto when I visited from New York was at Hoops!

I had an absolutely great experience at Hoops. The staff make you feel really welcome and are very attentive. The bartender Carly, was on point, friendly and so quick with service. This is definitely a place you want to go to for any sports event- there are tvs everywhere and the environment is awesome!

Good was good. Waited a while to have someone acknowledge us at our table. Three of four meals were brought out and we waited another 8 minutes for kids pizza.

The place seemed dead on a Friday night. We used it to our advantage and played songs on jukebox but the cocktails didn't have alcohol in them. The service seemed fine but had to walk to the counter to place order for food or drinks. Could have been better. The only saving grace was jukebox.

Our family stopped in here before a Leafs game and although the atmosphere catered to a sports crowd and the service was good, the food was horrible. Our choices included wings, chicken tenders, and a salad. The portion size was satisfactory but all besides the salad were deep fried to the point that the oil was still present. Been there, done it, won't go back.

I am absolutely appalled by what I went through at your restaurant. We had to get multiple drinks taken back because we found multiple flys in our drinks, we received a wrap with little to no meat and just lettuce which had to get taken back (you should reevaluate how you describe your food in the menu) we ordered 2 pounds of wings that came out with the wrong sauce so when we asked for it corrected all they did was re-toss them so they were cold. When we spoke to the manager he admitted to know that they messed up on the wings and still served them as well as the server knew. When we complained about our dirty glasses and food we were hardly accommodated and still had a 70 dollar bill. I will never go back and wouldn’t recommend anyone go unless they want to get sick.
