The location is perfect. The staff are amazing and the ambiance incredible. I have to say that the food was less than adequate. The potatoes with the onion dip, were greasy and cold. The calamari was not cooked well enough. I am disappointed in the meal, but everything else was great!
We had a really great lunch. So much food for that price, we shared. Our first date was at Hemmingways 43 years ago! I even paid half the bill, haha. However today was our 40th anniversary! They actually brought us a glass of champagne, totally unexpected! How the are has changed but our love for this place hasnât!â¤ï¸
Food wasnât bad but wasnât FABULOUS (to be fair we only had calamari & poutine). the best part was our waitress Natalie!
Good bar food. Mediocre cocktails -stick to beer. Sports playing on TVs. surprisingly comfortable patios on a hot day, due to fans and spray mist. Generous spacing between tables.
